This tri-level, traditional, spruce-log home is ideally-located on the Rollingstone Ranch (formerly the Sheraton) Golf Course between downtown Steamboat Springs and the ski slopes of Mt. Werner. From the screen porch one can view the July Fourth and Winter Carnival Fireworks on Howelsen Hill.
From the great room and the front deck one can view the Torchlight Parades down Mt. Werner, the balloons floating down the Yampa Valley and fireworks over the rooftops on Howelsen Hill. This warm, inviting home has spacious, vaulted ceilings in the great room and the master bedroom. The full wall of windows and the river-rock, wood-burning fireplace invite you to sit and enjoy the casual atmosphere of this mountain home in both the summer and the winter.
The house will sleep eleven as follows: master bedroom on the main level, king-size bed; bedroom two on the upper level, queen-size bed; lower level bedroom three, two twin beds; lower level bedroom four, one queen-size bed, one twin bed; lower level den, queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a full, two-car heated garage.
House IS available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Presidents' Week Rentals.
