From the great room and the front deck one can view the Torchlight Parades down Mt. Werner and balloons floating down the Yampa Valley and fireworks over the rooftops on Howelsen Hill. This warm, inviting home has spacious, vaulted ceilings in the great room and the master bedroom. The full wall of windows and the river-rock, wood-burning fireplace invite you to sit and enjoy the casual atmosphere of this mountain home in both the summer and the winter.
The house will sleep eleven as follows: master bedroom on the main level, king-size bed; bedroom two on the upper level, queen-size bed; lower level bedroom three, two twin beds; lower level bedroom four, one queen-size bed, one twin bed; lower level den, queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a full, two-car heated garage.
House IS available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Presidents' Week Rentals.
