    My friends and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home! It is the perfect setting for a large family get-together, party, or reunion. We had everything we needed ...plenty of linens, cookware, and parking! The deck had plenty of seating for meals...or just sitting around talking! The house is attractively furnished. The downstairs is one that most guys would envy with the "theatre-sized TV" and the comfy seating...we had no guys with us on our stay, but we all talked about how much guys, in particular, would LOVE it!! What a lovely place with a dock right on the big lake!! Thanks again for being so nice and pleasant to work with from the time we made the reservation until the refund of the security deposit...from beginning to end~!

    Our wedding party of 16 stayed at this Lakefront Home and we were all pleasantly surprised by the fabulous location, 1st class accommodations and cleanliness. Everyone had a terrific time and most of all Loved the comfortable beds, linens and massive deck with commercial grill that we all could eat, drink and celebrate together..Reserving this home saved us money rather than everyone renting their own hotel room.. and it was so much more comfortable and rewarding spending quality leisure time together leading up to the big day! We celebrated with 75 guest after the wedding at this location and all loved the home and comfortable grounds! The Lakeside stone fire pit was a hit with our photographer and we will treasure our time at this fabulous home forever..We are already planning to return next year for a family reunion..Can't say enough good things about our stay and wonderful experience.

    My family has rented many homes at various places over the past several years. The property 351639 on Lake Greenwood was the best by far. The owner gave us personal attention when we needed information and services. One example was the renting of the pontoon and the Ski Doo. One suggestion I would make is the installation of Wi Fi. This is rather necessary in this day of electronics. The house is certainly one that I would rank #1 as a return vacation.

    We rented this home for family reunion. We had 12 people staying in the home. Between boating, fishing and swimming great time was had by all. Perfect home for the whole family!

    This property worked out great for our European colleagues that preferred a house on the lake versus a hotel. The setup was perfect since several of the bedrooms had private baths. Kitchen was well equipped and all bedrooms were very comfortable for our corporate guests. The entire property was well maintained and made for a very nice way to combine work during the day with a relaxing lakeside retreat in the evenings. We will definitely use this property again.

    I rented the home for my family to be able to stay together for the weekend of my sister's wedding. The home is exactly as described- absolutely gorgeous! The sunrise over the water was absolutely breath-taking! We are considering arranging a family reunion to occur here in the future! All of the amenities of home and the special treat of a large home to accomodate all of our family to be able to be together during such a memorable occassion= priceless! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very gracious hosts who called to check to make sure everything was ok and even offered to run over when a minor issue was explained. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again! Is very affordable when divided among the families- as the home is definitely able to accomodate. Only suggestion is that a TV in the downstairs basement level would have been great for the kids. Absolutely wonderful!

    We have stayed at many houses at Lake Greenwood and this is the best by far. It was very easy to find and convenient to grocery store or restaurants. The house had everything you could ever need. We would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxing weekend.

    This was our first time staying in this absolutely wonderful lake house. If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful place in a very comfortable, clean and well furnished lake house...this is the place on Lake Greenwood. We just returned from a 7 night visit over July 4th with two other families with a total of eleven people ranging in ages from two to sixty. Boating (we rented a pontoon and jet ski), fishing and just relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub as the sun went down was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the grill and fireworks on the 4th. The location is convenant and on a point with a great view. Renee' and Sam were wonderful host. Great time in a great place!

    We had never been to Lake Greenwood before, but have friends who relocated to the Lake a few years ago. We came down to spend a long weekend and visit the area. I don't know what else to say but that I was amazed! First of all, this has to be one of the finest homes on Lake Greenwood. It was immaculate and very well furnished and decorated. Our kids all brought friends and there was PLENTY of room. Secondly, Lake Greenwood is a perfect vacation spot. My husband was able to fish and I was able to sit on the deck overlooking the lake and read and RELAX! We rented a boat and jet skis for the kids and hardly ever saw them. In fact, we were so happy with Lake Greenwood, we spent the last day with a team from Greenwood Realty being shown properties for sale for a vacation home. We will definatly be back and can not wait!     We scheduled our family reunion at this wonderful home and it was comfortable for all..there were 12 of us! Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We will be back this summer and many more! We brought our boat and enjoyed the ramp and dock, the kids enjoyed the hot tub each night while we sat on the large deck enjoying the sunset..Can't go wrong with this one!
