Our beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom villa is in top-notch condition and immaculately maintained. It is in a secluded area off the main strip. Beach across street with its own private walkway. Many people believe that this is, by far, the very best beach on Hilton Head Island. We are away from the crowds and close to Sea Pines Gate. It's just a short walk to restaurant & shopping.
Walk through the complex enjoying the naturally landscaped grounds,beautiful lagoons with fountains, two swimming pools, and if you are lucky,see a blue heron, white egret walk or fly by.
Our condo has the kitchen,living room and dining room on the first floor plus a deck off the living room . Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and shared bath on the second floor. The Third floor has the master suite containing a king bed, completely renovated private bath and the most glorious private balcony with birds-eye view of birds nesting in the palm trees.
The Condo has free Wifi, flat-screen TV's in all rooms, 2 DVD players, and built-in hair dryers in each bath plus a propane gas grille on the deck. All linens are provided and there are beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler provided for your convenience
This is a non-smoking villa,and sorry, no pets allowed in the complex
You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
Rates are all inclusive,there are no extra charges for taxes, cleaning, etc,.

Plenty of room, fabulous beach, nice deck, very clean and well maintained. Carol was very easy to work with. Love, Love, Loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have been taking our children and grandchildren to Hilton Head for a dozen years. For nine of those years we stayed at this condo and would have stayed there the other times had it been available. The owner is wonderful to work with and the condo is very nice. We all enjoy our time at the beach as well as the pools day and night. We like this location for its convenience to everything we like to do on our vacation and look forward to returning..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

I have been going to Hilton Head for 30 years as I have a time share in Sea Pines. We booked this villa for a month to get away from the northern winter. The location on South Forest Beach drive was perfect for us. It was a short walk or bike ride to Cologny Plaza where there is a coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Seascape has it's own walk to the beach with dedicated bathrooms in their cabana. The unit was clean and and neat and we felt at home right away. The owners were helpful and stayed in contact with us during our stay. There is also an onsite manager for any problems that might need immediate attention. We will be returning next year for 6 weeks and are already looking forward to returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: After visiting many resorts on the Carolina coast, we decided Hilton Head best suited our desire for laid-back life-style. After 28 years, we have never regretted one minute of our decision
Why the Owner Chose Seascape Villas:
Buying at this location was an easy decision. It is as close as one can get without being directly on the beach. Additionally, we have our own private beach cabana and, I believe, the widest, best beach on the east coach. Our extended family has been meeting here every year since 1978 and then in 1983 we bought our own condo
