Located in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood of North Madeira Shores, this two unit home has been fully redone in stunning Florida style. From the lovely landscaped yard finished with white shell and pavers, to the comfortable and updated furnishings throughout, everything here is fresh, clean, and ready for your beach getaway.
The home is divided into two private and spacious units. This side of the house is a two-bedroom home, with a large master bedroom featuring a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom with two comfortable Full size beds. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchenware, and all the necessary small appliances. Plenty of dining area seating, and a large living room area for everyone to spread out. There is a large flat screen in the living room complete with DVD, and another in the bedroom.
Outside, there is a picnic table area, and access to a shared BBQ grill area. A full size washer and dryer is on the property and is complementary for our guests, along with high-speed WiFi Internet service. For your days on the beach, you'll also find a couple of beach chairs, some beach toys, and plenty of colorful beach towels.
The beach is less than two blocks away, and you're just minutes from great restaurants and activities.
Available as an individual rental, or in combination with it's neighboring one-bedroom unit. Fantastic for couples or the whole family.

What an awesome vacation rental, this place has everything!! You only need your clothes and food, the rest is already there! I liked the fact that they supplied us with cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent to wash our clothes! The bedrooms comfortably fit 2 families with 3 kids and was very close to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth as we pleased. The little details put together with the overall comfort is the reason we will definitely be staying here again!Recommended for: Pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had the best time at the Twin Palms! This place had so much to offer our family and the place had a ton of character and everything we needed to really relax and enjoy our vacation. We walked across the street to the beach and had great restaurants and entertainment very close by. John's Pass was so much fun, less than 5 min from the house, we spent the whole day there enjoying live music, great bars and food and water sports during the day.
