Located perfectly in the heart of fabulous Madeira Beach, this brand new home (construction finished January 2013) is ready for your Florida beach vacation. The property backs up to Boca Ciega Bay with a private dock and plenty of space for trailer parking, and the house is just steps away from the gorgeous soft white sandy beaches of Madeira, wonderful restaurants, fabulous John's Pass Village, and of course the warm inviting Gulf of Mexico waters.
Everything here is top of the line. Granite countertops with premium Viking appliances, throughout the large, fully equipped kitchen. Tommy Bahama style furniture adorns each room. Two spacious balconies, and a large patio area on the ground floor with BBQ grill. The house is three levels, but is easily accessible with a private in-house elevator!
The large Master bedroom suite features a beautiful king size bed, with the ensuite bathroom beautifully decorated and over-stocked with premium towels. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third features two wrought iron style Full size beds. Everything is expertly decorated with an elegant and inviting beach theme.
Nothing has been overlooked at this incredible house.

This place is beautiful! This large home was perfect for our large family, we really enjoyed the week.The beautiful beach is a short walk across the street. Close to grocery stores and fresh seafood marts. Wonderful ice cream and candy shop is a short walk away. We watched dolphins swimming out back each evening, they were up close, right near the docks! And by the way.. the beds in this place are WONDERFUL...you won't want to get up, but do..the beach is to beautiful to miss! Hope everyone enjoys this place like we did!
