UNIT E-104 WAIKOLOA VILLAS, WAIKOLOA VILLAGE. This unit is located in highly desired Waikoloa Villas E building fronting directly on ninth fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Waikoloa Golf Course. You are on ground floor at 150 yard marker of ninth fairway, with the ninth green and clubhouse on left and seventh, eighth, ninth fairways in front.
You have an unobstructed sit down view on your lanai of ninth fairway, and ocean four miles down (you are at 1000 feet elevation) with beautiful ocean sunsets directly in front of you. On left is the clubhouse with Hualalai Mountains in background.
Two bedrooms,living/dining areas, kitchen, 2 baths: The master bedroom has a king bed, 2l inch TV, and three/quarter bath, vanity w/ shower. The guest bedroom has two twins with full bath. Washer and dryer in unit. Also, guest bedroom has an HP V72 computer with Windows XP to check e-mail, play music, games and surf internet.
The full kitchen has a new refrigerator with ice maker. Stove is solid surface. Kitchen has Corian counters, dishwasher, disposal, new microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and is otherwise fully equipped. Between kitchen and dining area is a breakfast bar with four stools. Dining area table seats eight. Living area includes a sofa, love seat, side chair and TV, VCR, DVD, music center (CD, Tapes, FM) for evening relaxation. (The sofa also converts into a queen size bed.)
Lanai is double sized with two glass tables and six comfortable lounge chairs. Lanai opens to lighted wet bar and has overhead spot for entertaining. (Best place on Island for relaxed sunset views with late golfers going by.)
If you are unable to negotiate stairs or just tired of lugging everything up and down, this unit is completely on ground level with NO steps up or down from your parking place. You can come in with wheel chair or walker if need be. (NOTE: Unit is not ADA handicapped equipped. )
Waikoloa Villas condos have two swimming pools, and cabana areas.(Unit E-104 is located directly between them.) Each pool area includes hot tubs, shuffleboard and two barbecue grills with covered eating areas.
For golfing, walk 200 yds. to the golf course clubhouse, and play the 18 hole course at an owner’s discounted rate w/ free tenant card (2010 rate is $59/69 incl. cart). Clubhouse includes restaurant serving lunch/dinner, two free tennis courts, Olympic sized swimming pool, driving range, putting green, and fully stocked pro shop. Excellent views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai Mountains seen from golf course.
Waikoloa Village is near many beautiful beach hotels and best rated white sand beaches in world for snorkeling, boogie boarding and all beach activities. The Village has an excellent fully stocked market and shopping center facilities (e.g. video rental, bank, beauty shop, restaurants, etc.)
Conditions: NO SMOKING. We require adults and children over 14, no more than six people in the unit. Three day minimum in Low Season. Five day minimum in Mid and High Seasons.

Year Purchased: 1999
We are a retired couple from Colorado and use our condo as our place in "paradise" in late Fall and during the winter months. We love it here! Since we are here several months each year we keep it in tip-top condition and appreciate it when tenants do the same.
Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village
We chose Waikoloa Villas because of the wonderful location and amenities. We are right on the golf course and walk only 150 yds to the club house when we play golf. Every evening we listen to our library of Hawaiian music and enjoy a sunset cocktail right on our lanai watching the sun go down, afternoon golfers go by and day turn to night. (Great show.) This is followed by candlelight dinner on the lanai.
Early morning coffee is the above show in reverse from our bedroom lanai, followed by a walk or some tennis at the free tennis courts up at the clubhouse. We could do it every day of the year.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
One of the best features of Waikoloa Villas is the two large pools right on the property with lounge area, hot tubs and barbeque facilities. They are both only 100-200 feet from your front door. When not at the beaches or snokeling, we read books at the pool, swim, use the hot tub and relax.
