This is our second year renting this house, we love it. We have a 1, 3 and 6 year old and this house has everything you need! The house is very clean, the yard is nice and big and everything is there that you need. The kids packed up sand toys and body boards and we all walked down to Kelly Beach for a great time. We also spent many days at the town beach in Narragansett, it was well worth the $ to park! The owners are very nice and make sure everything you need is there! A great vacation! We are looking forward to going back!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

Traveling with an almost 1, 3, and 6 year old, we were a little hesitant to stay in house that we never saw before. From the moment we spoke/emailed the owners, we knew that this was the house for us! They were so nice and answered any questions we had. The yard is beautiful and perfect for a nice cookout after a long day at the beach. We had an awesome time. The house is close to everything and is very clean. There is something for everyone. We have already booked for the following year. The owners were so helpful with everything from directions, grocery stores, fresh flowers upon arrival, books, cds for the kids, anything you need is there. The house feels like home. I would recommend this house to anyone, the owners are that wonderful! Everything you need is there!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Perfect home! Immaculate and inviting. Close to the beach and a great level backyard. My family had the best two weeks of the summer at this beautiful beach house. A must see!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
