This holiday home is located at the Broad Causeway of Miami, just a 5 minutes drive from the beach. Casa MiYo can accomodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms upstairs (with queen sized bed). All rooms have airco.
Casa MiYo is newly renovated in a trendy contemporary style, with a large living room and fully equipped island kitchen. The holiday home features 2 brand new bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The terrace with patio furniture and jacuzzi has a breathtaking view on the water. Parking is available in front of the house, as well as free wireless internet.

Cancellation policy:
Article 1: Damage 1.1 If the Tenant should cause damage to the Holiday Home he should immediately contact the Landlord in order to come to an agreement on how to repair the damage. This is to minimize the cost for the Tenant because all damages caused by the Tenant will also be paid by him/her. 1.2 After the rental period, the Holiday Home will be inspected by a person appointed by the Landlord. If there appears to be damage, the Tenant will be notified by registered mail within 15 days following the date of inspection. The Landlord will then take initiative to repair the damage and the cost (repair, registered mail, inspection …) will be entirely invoiced to the Tenant. Article 2: State of Holiday Home at end of stay 2.1 When leaving the Holiday Home the Tenant should make sure that: • the Jacuzzi is switched off and closed with the cover; • the outdoor pillows are put inside the house; • all windows are closed; • all electrical appliances are switched off; • the dirty laundry is put in a laundry basket; • every product that has been finished (for example toilet paper, cleaning product, …) is to be replaced by the same product; • waste is put outside in the waste bin. Article 3: Use of the Holiday Home, local and legal regulations 3.1 The Tenant shall obey all local regulations and laws. 3.2 In a dispute between the Landlord and Tenant which gives rise to any action in court, Belgian law will be applicable and the losing party will pay the court costs and reasonable attorney fees of the successful party. 3.3 Concerning the territorial jurisdiction, the court of Ghent is chosen.
