About the owner: The boys with girlfriends and Mady our daughter with our boat. Nancy and I plan on updating all the rooms and landscaping. We are doing most of the work ourselfs. So know that we will be using the rental income to help pay for the improvements. So feel free to tell us what you would like to see us do next.

Nancy and I are 3rd generation Floridians and have been vacation in SW Fl for over 25 years. What Boca Grande has to offer is unique. The downtown, with shopping and restaruants the beach the fishing is the best.
