This 4 bedroom, 2 master, and 3 full and one half bathroom home offers recent updates and a comfortable home environment. There are multiple indoor living areas, including 2 living rooms, a beautiful fenced in backyard with grill, and an upper deck perfect for enjoying Austin evenings. The home is conveniently located close to several shopping centers, Starbucks, great restaurants, and clothing stores. A 2005 Denali SUV that comfortably seats 7 will be available with this stay, a driver is negotiable. The rental can also include a 1-hour driving tour of Austin upon request. The home comfortably sleeps 7, but can accommodate 10. The owner is willing to include a bunk bed, twin over full, to accommodate extra people if requested.
