Our condo is at the "Beach Place" and is the southernmost condo before the bridge to Treasure Island. We are right across from the Village at John's Pass.
We have the best condo in the building and we work very hard to keep it that way. No smoking, no pets and we screen our guests carefully.
Our unit is gorgeous and we continually update and enhance it. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently replaced. A washer and dryer (new in 2008) are provided for guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and three queen beds in the other two bedrooms. New carpets, tile, and paint in 2008. There is a sitting area in the Master bedroom that overlooks the beach and an "office" with a desk next to the bedroom.
WI-FI (High speed wireless Internet) Now Available.
We are DIRECT BEACHFRONT with nothing between us and the beach. The balcony is a great place to see some of the world's finest sunsets.
