Welcome to our luxury 2 bedroom villa Ted, represented by EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS number one villa rental company on Trust Pilot. Villa Ted has its location in the beautiful surroundings of Dévé in St Barths. The villa offers guests a beautiful outdoor terrace area with ample space and provides stunning panoramic view of the over Grand Cul de Sac and the island of Tortue.

Inside the villa is lovely and comes with a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge that fully opens out onto a beautiful sunny terrace, adjoining a spacious deck and large infinity pool....the terrace is the perfect place to relax in the sun or to take a cooling dip in the pool.

Very refined, the villa is tastefully decorated, the villa comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, This is a very private villa and the perfect place for a totally relaxing vacation.

Our luxury villa is located just a 4 minutes drive from Marigot Beach. Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft.

Also Grand Culd de Sac is a 4 minute drive from the villa. Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well protected bay and the water warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.

Lorient beach is a 5 minute drive from this luxury villa. Lorient beach is also popular with families. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. In the winter, it provides some shade. To the left of the beach is a great surfing spot. It is fun to sometimes watch the hard core surfers catching a wave.

We loved the views from Villa Ted

Me and my husband spent 5 days at this gorgeous villa and we had a great time. The views are amazing – the villa was a close drive to everything and only a 10 min drive in the car. I was very impressed with the service we received prior and during our vacation so thank you for making is an awesome trip

Amazing Views from this villa

I loved villa Ted. Drinking our morning coffee looking out at those views was the highlight for me – I am back to the snow now and wishing I could be there. The villa was beautiful and everything we hoped for. We brought my 72 year old mother with us and she had the best time – we were worried about all the hills and walking but she managed very well and everyone drives there so it was perfect. Thank you so much for organizing a wonderful trip.

Nice villa with amazing views

We travelled with another couple on vacation to St Barths – the villa was perfect and had everything we needed. We thought we might be a bit far away from everything but the island is so small that we were able to get everything in 5-10 minutes which was pretty neat. We really had a great time and hope to go back again soon.
