It was a wonderful short vacation, and we look forward to coming again next year for a longer stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I, along with my family members, would rate our stay at 10 Turtle Beach Lane as a 5. Should the house remain a rental and we return to Kiawah, 10 Turtle Beach Lane would be much desired. One of the best "stocked" kitchens I've experienced in a rental. The house appeared to be cleaned well and this is IMPORTANT to me. It has been a pleasure being introduced to AKERS ELLIS and we wish you continued success.

Looks like some of the carpets are dated and stained. Also, paint on the outside should be refreshed. Other than that, couldn't have asked for a better place with a better location and Akers Ellis was fantastic.

    We had a great time at 10 Turtle Beach Lane last week. After reading some previous reviews about there only being 6 kitchen chairs we lugged a few folding chairs which we ended up not needing, they do have 8 kitchen table chairs. The bedrooms were great except the twin bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan like the othere and that would have made that bedroom more comfortable. Overall the house was perfect, a wonderful kitchen, well equipped, and you couldn't ask for better views and beach access. I would definitely recommend this house !

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

    This beautifully decorated home is more spacious than the photos reveal. All 3 couples were more than pleased with their rooms. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing missing was a few dish towels. The dining table seats 7 and might be a problem if the house was filled to capacity. There were sand toys and beach chairs available. The location was great. 3 houses from the beach access with ocean view from the decks. We received driving directions, parking passes and lock box codes well in advance of our stay. Had a problem with the refrigerator. A phone call brought a repairman several hours later. We can't wait to return to Kiawah and would rent this house again.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    Great location, well priced, well kept. We were a group of 2 couples and the house was perfect for us. Enjoyed having cocktails and watching the ocean and golfers. Enjoyed the runs on the beach each morning. Did not feel as though we paid TOO much for the vacation.

    Great house! Great views! Best equipped kitchen of rental home we have ever stayed in over past 15 or so years. Only suggested "improvement" is a larger TV in downstairs bedroom to make it more desirable since it has a king size bed but does not have a balcony and has to share with only downstairs bathroom.

    We LOVED this house!!! The rooms were large, clean and and were tastefully furnished. The kitchen was my DREAM kitchen! The rental agency was very cooperative and helpful. It was a perfect location and there were great views of the golf course and the beach. I would definitely recommend this property and our family hopes to stay at this beautiful house whenever we return to Kiawah Island!
