  My family and I spent September 11 thru 16 and we had a wonderful time. I was so happy to find every thing just the way it was advertised. The condo was very clean. It was much larger than I was expecting. Pools and hot tubs were very clean and not crowded at all. Views were amazing. My husband and I got up around 6 am every morning to watch the amazing sun rise... We can't wait to go back to Myrtle Beach and I really hope the condo will be available. Thanks John

  It's located right on the water, with a hottub and pools (indoor/outdoor), and plenty of seats and lounge chairs out to the beach, wonderful view from the balcony, and walking distance of lot of good food and the boardwalk. The mall and shopping outlets are all with 15minutes drive. 32in LCD TVs with input(s) access for video games or computer connections in the living and bedroom. Could comfortably room 6 with 3 beds, think couch folds out into one also but not sure. Only complaint was the hotel's elavator's don't have any sort of fans or ac, but room's ac kept the room exactly how you want it.

  I rented this unit for a week for me and my family and was very pleased I have stayed at the boardwalk in the past but had booked through the hotel rether than with and indavidual. So I was a little worried about how the room would be until I got there and saw that it was exactly like the photos and was very clean. Also John was very helpful and always fast to respond to help with any question I had.And the not having to check in when you arrive is a nice bonus. All in all I say 5 stars

  My family and I spent one week in this unit. It was very clean and everything included as promised. The resort itself was nice. We enjoyed the shaded parking deck, the pools, lazy river and hot tubs. Lots to do! And the oceanfront view was fabulous! The owner was very helpful and always quick to respond.

  The condo is top floor so the view was GREAT ! Condo is within walking distance to several Restaurants and only a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. Beds were comfortable and space was not a problem as it was just myself and my wife. Direct oceanfront,no crossing streets to get to the beach. The photos of the condo are accurate. Pool and lazy river were clean and refreshing.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was everything the listing said and more. Very well clean and maintained. Will stay there next year, we hope.

  This unit was exactly the way it was advertised, the photos, the amenties, even down to the cookware.The unit was very clean along with all the property. I was interested in why the pools were not open till 10am. Then i noticed one morning, from my fantastic view, that they were cleaning the pools, as they did every morning. This made me feel very good as a parent of a child that lives at the pool. I know people have posted bad reviews of this resort but as for me and my family we had an excellent vacation and I would diffently recommend this to any one.

  The condo was clean, smelled good, and had everything that we could possibly need. We were with in walking distance to several restaurants and shops and just 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and 3 minutes to the Boardwalk and Sky Wheel. We also took an awesome helicopter ride over the Grand Strand, that was so much fun. My husband and I had a great time on our Honeymoon there and plan to make it an annual vacation. The owner was super nice and even had flowers and a card in the room when we arrived! I would suggest this condo to all my friends and family. We stayed in Oct. and there was very little traffic, no lines to wait in at the restaurants,and the rates were very affordable.
