This property is fantastic! We were in town for a party honoring a recent bride and groom and this was a perfect place to stay. The bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable plus the area is so quiet which contributes to a very relaxing time. You couldn't ask for nicer folks than Ben and Brenda to see to your every need. They are the most hospitable people ever. We will definitely keep this spot on our radar whenever our travel plans include Tuscaloosa. Hope to see y'all again real soon! Thanks for everything.

We really were happily surprised at how nice our accomendations were. The pictures on the website are very accurate. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed including plenty of great quality towels and linens. The property was easy to find and located near the University. We definetely will try to book this property on our next stay. Thank you to the owners who made booking this property so straight forward and simple.

Perfect for a Football Family Weekend!

This property could not have been more perfect for a family in town for a football game. The decor was gorgeous, beds were so comfortable, and amenities everywhere! Tons of fluffy towels, everything you can think of in the kitchen, full laundry room, full coffee service, grill and any tools you need to make up tailgating drinks! Our 8 year old and toddler loved running on the grounds, bouncing on the trampoline, and playing on the see saw. The unit is just a short drive to the campus and there's a great park on the way for kiddos to enjoy too! The owners were fantastic! They were very patient answering our many questions since it was our first time to T-town and first VRBO rental. They provided a wonderful rental and made themselves easily accessible if they were ever needed. THIS is the kind of place you want to stay with a family and THESE are the owners that will make your trip incredible. Thank you SO much for a great weekend!! Mom and Daughter Fall Break

My daughter is a freshman at the University of Alabama and is on the rowing team. Their coach didn't allow them to come home for fall break so I went to her. The house was perfect! It was so clean! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft! My daughter was tired of school food so I cooked her favorite meals and even froze some for her to take back to the dorm. The kitchen had everything I needed! Benton and Brenda, you are the nicest people I have ever met! When I left I felt like I was leaving home! Thank you for making this time possible for us! We will see you soon!

What a perfect place to stay when we are in the Tuscaloosa area to visit our daughter who is attending UA! Convenient to everything. Immaculately clean and comfy. These owners have thought of everything and the unit is stocked with any and everything you might need. The owners take much pride in their property and it shows! They are very helpful before, during and after stay. I would absolutely recommend this property. I just hope it isn't already booked next time I go to Tuscaloosa! ;)

Perfect Place with TONS of the little things that matter!

My family and I rented the apartment for 3 nights over graduation weekend. Benton and family were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The home is very well taken care of and suited our party of 4 adults and two children well. The little extras were very much appreciated--a guidebook of area attractions and restaurants, drinks in the fridge...Thank you!! :) The communication leading up to our stay was excellent and we truly appreciated all of the advice provided for us, since we had never traveled to the area. The property is beautiful! My two young boys loved playing outside on the trampoline & swing and the yard was perfect for playing catch. I have already recommended the property to family and friends who will be visiting Tuscaloosa. Don't hesitate to rent here...If we're ever back in the area, this will definitely be our choice for a place to stay.

Fabulous place to stay

My family and friends stayed at this property for a little longer than a week. The location is outstanding, we were 5-7 minutes from the Univ. of ALabama. About 10 mins from the Univ. mall and many chain food resturants. The rental is by far the cleanest place that I have ever rented. We are first time users of vrbo site as opposed to staying at hotels. I must say that this would spoil anyone. The rental house is equipped with everything in it. All the towel, beds, furniture is of the highest quality. The bed was so comfortable I wanted the same one at my home. There is alot of nature around the house and a running small river with lots to look at. It was so quiet and relaxing that most nites were out on the porch talking. The home owners are very accomidating to all requests and very helpful on activities to do with kids in the areas. I would stay here again anytime not a thing was out of place. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to meet the owners and stay at their remodeled rental... Five stars for sure :)

Another Great Experience

This is the second year my family has stayed at this delightful residence. We had another great and enjoyable experience. Although the owners live right next door, they are not intrusive and provide a lot of assistance and recommendations when asked. They are great people and if you have an event at the Unversity of Alabama, the rental is only about a mile from campus. Even if you do not have an event at UA, it is centrally located and an easy distance from about everything in Tuscaloosa. Hopefully we will get back next year and would definitely book here if available. Can recommend this rental without hesitation as it was very clean and roomy.

This was the perfect place to stay while my sons were at football camp! From the large beds to the complimentary drinks in the fridge and just the overall comfort and cleanliness of everything, we had a very enjoyable stay. Benton and Brenda were great hosts and even came to check on us and give updates when the power went out for a short time! Convenient to everything. I look forward to staying again next year! This was the absolute perfect place to stay while my girls were competing in a swim meet at U of A. Everything was so comfortable and clean, and our family of 5 had plenty of room. It was so nice to meet and talk with the owners, Benton and Brenda, and we especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen...they had lots of different coffee to choose from and even cold drinks in the frig to enjoy! We will most definitely be staying here again for future swim meets!

What a great place to stay!!! We had 5 adults and were quiet comfy!! We grilled out and used the kitchen alot which had everything we needed. My only regret is we didnt find this place until graduation weekend!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!! Thank you Bento and Brenda!!!!

What a pleasant stay in T-Town! So close to the University and yet so far away from the traffic and crowds. Just a warm and perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and most of all homey. Convenient to all Tuscaloosa has to offer. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen was clean and usable. It felt like home. Hope to stay here again and again.

Great weekend in Tuscaloosa!

My family of four chose this apartment for the Labor Day weekend. What an excellent choice! The apartment is extremely roomy and comfortable! The apartment is beautiful and so close to everything in town. We enjoyed going to watch Alabama Football and coming back to relax here. We would definitely choose this rental again! Relaxing - even away from home

I spent the weekend at this location and slept very well - which I normally cannot do away from home. The beds are both large and comfortable and the rooms are huge! The pictures do not do it justice. The big flat screen made the weekends sporting events even more fun to watch. Planning to go back in a few weeks if I can get away again!!!!

I've stayed at this location on a few gameday weeks before the owners listed it with VRBO.com and I have to say this a great place! You will love it. Roomy and private, everything you need! I've even parked a boat there - for the day after the game - and it was not a problem! It has been completely remodeled inside and is very clean, which is important to me! I even made friends with the owners! So if anybody that reads this takes my advice and books this place, tell Ben and Brenda that Stacey says Hello and Roll Tide! :)

Wonderful accommodations! Safe area, extremely clean, and the bungalow was furnished with everything I needed. The neighbors were extremely helpful. And lastly, another good point, it was close to the University of Alabama and Interstate I59/20. I would definitely stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my last visit here. The listing description is"spot on." Every room is beautifully decorated and accommodated everyone. There were dozens of great restaurants within minutes, and Midtown Village - a great outdoor shopping mall with restaurants, clothing stores, games, etc...really something for everyone. The owners were very helpful. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know traveling to the Tuscaloosa area!
