If you are bringing your boat or plan to rent one there's 154 ft. of concrete dock for tying up your boats. You'll love sitting under the tiki while enjoying your favorite show or sporting event on the large flat screen TV while sipping a cool drink. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the cocktail pool or take one of the two kayaks at your disposal out for a view of the shoreline or the canal. Not in the mood for water sports at the moment, challenge someone to a quick game of Ping-Pong in the screen enclosed area on the ground level. Kick back, relax and just enjoy the water and sunshine or have a fun sun soaked family holiday. Bring your personal items - everything else is provided. All linens and towels are provided. There are 10 flat screen TV's and WiFi is included. This home can sleep up to 24 guests. In addition to 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, there is a "bunk room" 4 sets of bunk beds - 2 with twins and 2 with full and twin on top. This single family private home is perfect for a small wedding, family reunion, corporate getaway, or just a couple of families taking a holiday together. Rate Details: Rent is $15,000 to $20,000 per month plus taxes and fees depending on time of year and number of guests. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $450 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $69 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000. Utility Caps/Mo: For monthly stays the owner pays up to $100 for water and $400 for electricity. The guest is responsible for any overage. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet (maximum 2) plus an additional $100 pet security deposit.
