I have rented homes and condos in the Orlando area for years and this is the best home I've ever rented! This is a beautiful home so close to all attractions and restaurants! Everything you need is provided....washer, dryer, microwave, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...the list goes on and on! Beautiful neighborhood! The pool was awesome! T.V.s in all bedrooms and family room...I will definitely stay again and will tell family and friends looking to stay in the Orlando area what a great house this is!!!!Did you find this review helpful? My family just returned from a two week Disney World vacation at Kay's Retreat. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had and by far the best Disney vacation. We have always stayed on property (Contemporary Resort), but never again. Kay's Retreat is just a few minutes away from the parks; it was very convenient getting to and from each park. The house itself was perfect. Besides my husband and myself we had our 17 year old daughter (this trip was her graduation present) and her friend and our 12 year old daughter. With 4 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths, it accomodated all five of us easily and comfortably. It was extremely clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. All of the beds were super comfortable! After a hot day at one of the parks, we would come home and relax in the pool. The pool and patio area was always clean and well maintained and we enjoyed it thoroughly. As far as customer service, I give Kay 5 stars. From the very beginning to after we were back home from vacation, Kay was easy to communicate with, always providing answers to any questions within minutes of emailing her. I would highly recommend Kay's Retreat to anyone looking for an Orlando and especially Disney vacation. Next time we plan a Disney vacation, we will look to Kay to hopefully stay there again. Just a short note to say THANKS for use of your villa during our holiday and your help in planning our trip. Being so close to Parks, restaurants etc was great and the kids really enjoyed using the pool. We had no problems whatsover with the villa. The villa was well equipped and very clean. Thanks again for a problem free break, we hope to return to Florida in the near future and would definately use the villa again. 5 adults and 2 kids had the time of our lives! The house was located in a very nice little subdivision off the main path (but not too far off as we were at the gates of Disney in 5 minutes) with friendly neighbors. We were very happy with the cleanliness and modern upgrades at the house. Restaurants and grocery stores were everywhere we needed them to be. As far as Pizza, I suggest Flipper's if you're looking for some delivery while lounging in the pool. We had six adults and three small children. I have to say this was by far the best, and most relaxing vacation I have had with family. The home was just as described, very clean. We all felt very safe. Wonderful pool the children got to swim every day nice and warm. We did not have any problems. It was very close to Disney and nice restaurants. Would love to stay again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This was a great location for us. Very close to Disney, but also close to a Target, restaurants, and other attractions! House was well kept and clean. The split bedroom spaces were very nice for us, the grandparents could take a quiet breath alone at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend my family and friends to do so also. Kay was great to work with as was Phil the house manager!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are a married couple with two sons who are grown with families of their own. Our favorite thing to do is to spend time with our children and grandchildren. We are animal lovers and have never been without at least one pet. We currently have a little black shih-tzu, named Pookie. She keeps us company when we can't be with our children and grandchildren. We are life long residents of Michigan. My husband is an MSU Spartan and I'm a WMU Bronco!
Why the Owner Chose Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens:
A couple of years ago we wanted to take our children and their families to Disney World and decided to rent a house instead of hotel rooms. We loved it and realized it was the best way to vacation with small children. We also believe that it's less expensive, because otherwise we would have needed three hotel rooms. We could cook some of our meals at home, do laundry, and give the children the ability to play as if they were in their own home. The location is perfect: Lots of activities and restaurants nearby. Close to all the major theme parks and within driving distance for day trips to Busch Gardens, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.
