A stunning family home having one of the most desirable locations within the Resort for the ease of access to many amenities including the golf academy, hotel, communal swimming pool and many more all within walking distance. Set back from the road with a long private driveway for convenience of parking you enter the home into the spacious hallway leading to the formal dining area beautifully furnished to accommodate family dinners and celebrations. The gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas range, butlers pantry and central island separates the casual dining nook with and family room with comfortable seating to enjoy the 52' flat screen TV all overlooking the pool deck and picturesque golf views beyond. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated work station for those who need to keep up with their work. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom incorporating a shower/tub combination. For your convenience there is a fully equipped laundry room.
The beautiful staircase with it's wrought iron feature leads upstairs onto the landing are equipped for your enjoyments and entertainment with a large wall mounted flat screen TV, games console, fitted wet bar area, game table and high top with access onto the rear balcony furnished for you to enjoy observing the golfers and relaxing with the sun going down. There are four further bedrooms, the first kingsize master suite with seating area, rear balcony access and the ensuite bathroom offering a walk in shower. The second kingsize suite also has rear balcony access and the ensuite bathroom offering a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with multiple heads and twin vanities. The two remaining bedrooms, one having a queen size bed and the other two twin beds each offer bathrooms with walk in showers. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with TV's and alarm clocks.
The paved pool area is spacious with a large heated pool and spa adjacent to the golf course. There is a large covered dining area perfect for your Summer dining, ample lounging space, an outdoor bathroom and shower.
