- Our home is as beautiful on the inside as well as the outside with beautiful views from inside the home of the lake. Also, spend your fourth of July watching fireworks right off the dock. It is a breathtaking view. You will never want to spend your fourth of July anywhere else.

- Pet Friendly : Pets may be accepted for a non refundable pet fee (this is not small and vaccinations must be shown along with pet training certificate) Sorry we do know there are some wonderful behaved pets and they are like family members so we do not want individuals who care for their pets etc to have to leave them behind. Please talk to the owners because this is totally owners discretion.
- Minimum Age Limit For Renters : Sorry but you must be above 21 years of age to rent our home. We do not allow parties, etc. This is a private home but a very quiet neighborhood as well and we respect our neighbors and would like for you to respect our rules.
- Kid Friendly : We love kids too and we have a house full ourselves so please feel free to bring kids and we do not charge extra at all they are God's blessings to you and us
- Smoking Not Allowed : We have a child with Asthma and ask that no smoking be allowed in the home or outside the home.
