Heidi's Hideaway is a beautiful vacation home in Summit County, Colorado. This fully furnished condo comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with fireplace. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the Great Room has a sofa sleeper. Amenities include Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, High speed Internet, phone, cable TV, a DVD, VCR, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, a full kitchen, linens, cookware, utensils, deck and a barbecue grill. Each bedroom and the Great Room have their own TV with DVD/VCR. Two private ski lockers at entry. This is an excellent get away for families with kids. You will feel very at home... sleeps 6 very comfortably.
Summit County is located in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains less than 100 miles west of Denver. Summit County is home to four world-class ski areas (Arapahoe basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone), beautiful Lake Dillon, and year-round family fun activities within the White River National Forest. Winter fun includes world class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing on miles of touring trails, snowmobiling, ice skating, sleigh rides and for the extra adventurous, heli-skiing. Summertime is why the locals stay here; with hundreds of miles of paved biking trails, hiking trails, scenic Lake Dillon and a myriad of shops and restaurants to enjoy, you won't be bored in Summit County!
Our condo is in an open setting within Keystone with its many pine trees and views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The grounds around the condo are great places to relax during the summer. The resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, community room, ski storage, laundry facilities, free outdoor parking, and a shuttle to the base of Keystone Mountain. Our condo is stocked with all you'll need for a memorable high-country vacation.
All linens will be in place upon your arrival; and the kitchen is fully equipped. Complete comfort and enjoyment are yours to experience at Heidi's Hideaway. Pets are NOT allowed. And this is a NO-smoking unit. This centrally located vacation home is in the heart of Summit County -- just minutes from Keystone (three miles), Copper Mountain (15 miles), Breckenridge (nine miles), and Arapahoe Basin (11 miles). The Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas are approximately 35 and 50 minutes away, respectively. Summit County is a short 70 miles west of Denver; and 90 miles west of the Denver International Airport. Resort Express has direct shuttle service from the airport to the condo.
The Summit Stage provides free bus service throughout the county -- and to all the Summit ski areas, towns, and shopping. The bus stop is located across the street from the complex. Fishing, hiking, skiing, biking, and the fabulous vistas of this two-mile-high location await you. Enjoy trout fishing in icy mountain streams, rafting through white water, or horseback riding to a mountain top. (All levels from novice to expert are available). The cool clean air lends itself to enjoying boating on Lake Dillon, biking from Keystone to Vail, hiking the many trails, golfing, and tennis. You can also enjoy rollerblading, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cinemas, hot air ballooning, rock climbing, geocaching, restaurants, local festivals, ice skating, wildlife viewing, horse-drawn carriage rides, shopping at over 80 factory outlet stores, jeep and gold mine tours, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and sleigh rides.
For those desiring additional indoor relaxation, Heidi's Hideaway is less than five minutes from the Silverthorne Recreation Center, which offers three indoor pools, a water slide, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms, massage therapy, indoor basketball, an indoor running track, and a wide variety of work-out equipment.
