We haven't been able to get back to the Smokies for a long time. Normally I am very long winded but I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful this trip and cabin were. The cabin is perfect. It is exactly as described and was exactly where we wanted to be, in between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The owner was amazingly sweet and worked with us on trying to come in early. All 3 decks are so perfect and we hot tubbed pretty much every night. The cabin was immaculate. The bed was just lovely, I slept better than I do at home. I can't do the cabin justice at all. We loved it and were very sad to leave. We will be back!!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed this well-appointed cabin. It was clean, had the amenities listed and it was as pictured and described in the advertisement. It was an adventure reaching the cabin (it is in the mountains) and it was a treat once we arrived. We loved the light and warmth of the cabin. We had everything we needed. My children and I loved sitting by the gas fireplace in the evening and reading about Laura Ingalls Wilder and the cabins she lived in (Laura would have LOVED this one!). When kids were in bed, I enjoyed a dip in the hottub and watching a movie in the master bedroom. I wish I had time to enjoy the jacuzzi tub but we only stayed two nights. My children LOVED the cabin and thought there was no better description than its name, "Comfy & Cozy". After venturing in nearby Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (less than 10 mins away!), they were always eager to return to their comfy, cozy cabin. They enjoyed the game room in the mornings while letting mom sleep in :) . We had a great time and we hope to return soon!! Next time, my littlest child said she wants to stay "100 days" - now that's a compliment! This cabin is an ideal "base camp" for families/couples who want to explore the surrounding Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as those who prefer the multitude of activities, eateries, shopping, etc of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was always prompt. The emailed packet of information we received prior to arrival was helpful. Directions to the cabin were accurate. Recommended activities/restaurants from our family with young children... We enjoyed snow-tubing at Ober Gatlinburg, eating at The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge, hiking the paved trail to Laurel Falls in the Smoky Mtn National Park, spending a few hours at Wonder Works and the Scrapbook Clearance Store, both in Pigeon Forge. We only spent 2 days and can't wait for a longer visit next time!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This cabin was very clean, very roomy, new, and perfect for staying in Tennessee. There was four of us, and we didnt even use the upstairs bedroom so there would have been plenty of room for two more people to have stayed with us. The fireplace works great, the tv's have all been updated, and the place was very clean. It was my first time in Tennessee and we would definitely come back to stay here. It is pretty far into the mountains off the main road, but we loved that factor as to not be close to town. Thank you to the owners because everything was perfect!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had a long weekend at Comfy & Cozy, and we had a great time. The house has great furniture and the kitchen has anything you would need to enjoy cooking while you are there. While there are neighboring houses, none of them are close enough to infringe on feeling like you are totally secluded from the rest of the world. However, even though you are completely off the beaten path, you are within only a few minutes drive of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg if you want to explore what they have to offer. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation in that area. We will definitely go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I rented this property to celebrate our anniversary. This home met or exceeded every expectation. All of the pictures and descriptions are accurate. The home was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the Netflix movies. The property is even more remote than the pictures can show. The foliage was so thick that we could only see the roof of one cabin (if you squint) and that was only because it is red. We could also see a couple of cabins from the deck about 8 miles away and 2 hills over but at that distance they were of no concern. There were no lights from Pigeon Forge. During the day, we could hear the Dollywood train whistle and periodic gunfights they would have. At night, it was very quiet. Otherwise, it was just us and nature. The inside was very comfy! The king bed was very comfy! The owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I am certain that we will be renting here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Comfy Cozy was everything the listing made it out to be. The cabin was very secluded, clean and had all of the amenities that we needed in order to enjoy our honeymoon. The location was perfect, located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It did take 10-15 once you left the main road to get to the cabin, but that drive provided the ultimate mountain experience. We saw plenty of wildlife around the cabin and can not wait to come back again, in fact we are already planning our next trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
