Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Sedona was a perfect location for every place we wanted to go - as far as the Grand Canyon to the local Burger King.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Janice was born in North Carolina and lived in Ely MN for 10 years before moving to Ann Arbor MI for grad school where she met Joe. Joe was a native of the Detroit area. Our dream was to move west. In 2007, we moved to Colorado. Joe is an electrical engineer and Janice is a psychology professor. In April 2010, we purchased this home in Sedona.
Why the Owner Chose Sedona:
We were married in beautiful Sedona and love spending time hiking and biking in Red Rock country.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We chose this home because we can hike, mountain bike and road bike right from our house. The house is on the neighborhood connector that links up the Bell Pathway with the Chapel and Mystic trails – look for the brown trail signs. Linking up the Bell Pathway, Little Horse Trail and Chapel Trail back to the house is a nice loop hike. The home is also ideally located to quickly access restaurants, galleries and shops in West Sedona, Uptown, and the Village of Oak Creek.
