Remodeling Note: We are undergoing a major remodel of this unit and will be complete by the end of January 2007. Pictures coming soon! We will have totally new bathrooms, berber carpet in living room and bedrooms, tile floor in kitchen and bathrooms, new paint, new interior doors, and more!
Dunes of Panama is a popular Panama City Beach gulf-front condominium resort on Thomas Drive. The Dunes of Panama has 1500 feet of private beach, three gulf-side swimming pools (one seasonally heated), large sun decks with lush, tropical landscaping, lighted tennis courts, shaded lounging under pool-side gazebos, outdoor grilling areas, and a clubhouse.
Our Dunes of Panama vacation rental by owner two bedroom, two bath condo is located directly on the beach with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our beach condo is a beautiful, fourth-floor unit in building "A" providing a beautiful, ocean front view of the beach for you and your family.
Open the front door to our unit and you will see across the open room through the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows to our ocean front balcony with the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond! As you walk in, the fully stocked kitchen is immediately to your left offering all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just past the kitchen, we have a dining table with seating for four and seating for three at the kitchen bar.
Past the dining area, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, two lounge chairs, and a television and stereo. Between the kitchen and living area is the hallway to access our two full bathrooms and two bedrooms.
Turn right to see one bedroom with two full/double beds and plenty of closet and storage space. Turn left to enter the master bedroom with queen bed, cable TV, full bath, as well as huge wall-to-wall windows for your ocean front view! The master bedroom also has a separate door to access the balcony.
Our unit has a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the kitchen, so you can pack light and stress-free!
Enjoy coffee every morning on our balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and the white, sandy beach from our gulf front view.
We want our Panama City condo to feel like home to you. We provide you with linens, towels, cooking utensils, hand soap, a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent.
Our non-smoking condo has one designated covered parking space with additional, uncovered parking available (please contact us for additional parking as you must have a parking pass to get through the security gate).
