There is a 2 night minium generally and 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
A 50% deposit is required before arrival. Balance is due at check-in.

Why the Owner Chose Asheville
I bought this cabin in 1983 and lived there until Sharon and I got married in 1996. After a couple of years, we bought two acres beside the cabin and built our house, so own the only two houses on a dead-end road. It is very private.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
The cabin is acutally located in a subdivision, but because of the layout, you would never know it. The property is borderd by 40 acres of pristine, undeveloped forest. On any given day, five or six deer or wild turkey will wander across the property. Very secluded.

We continue to return to this cabin every chance we get. It is ideally situated to visit the Asheville, Brevard, and Hendersonville areas. The cabin is close to stores, yet tucked away on the mountain so you feel surrounded by nature. It is well maintained, pet friendly, clean, and a great value for the price. Description and photos are accurate. The owner is helpful and considerate. We enjoy waterfall walks and picnics in the Brevard area. Hendersonville's Music on Main, Street dances, and car shows are fun, inexpensive activities. Asheville has many things to do including: shopping, ghost walks, historic trolley rides, LaZoom Comedy bus, Shindig on the Green, free Shakespeare plays, and restaurants. We always make time to eat at the Moose Cafe and then visit the Western North Carolina Farmers Market next door. We will return again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
