About the owner: I am an artist, and love to garden. This neighborhood is filled with friendly, creative people, beautifully restored homes, and tree-lined streets. When I am not teaching art or working in my studio, I enjoy gardening, especially herbs and dry-land native plants. Restoring and furnishing this house has been a labor of love and part of my creative process.
Why the Owner Chose Armory Park: I have lived here in Armory Park for over 30 years, in a 100 year old adobe house, right next door to the Artists Guest House. I chose this area because I wanted to live in an older, well built house with unique architecture and an authentic neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Relaxing in a warm, comfortable home filled with classic furnishings, books, and lots of art! Walk to Tucson Yoga, Five points Market, cafe Desta, Children's Museum, Convention Center; relax on the shaded patio with coffee or a glass of wine. Watch the gorgeous sunsets from a rocker on the front porch. Large reading library, local authors and topics, as well as art books for your enjoyment.
