The condo is located on the 5th floor in Tower 2000 of the Grand Venetian Condo complex. It has 2 balconies - one completely unobstructed on the ocean and the other facing the mountains. Your ocean view includes downtown Puerto Vallarta , Punta Mita, endless beaches and infinity pools. You are able to observe as the river next to you changes it's flow out shape almost daily! You can also enjoy the cruise ships coming into port and the enchanting sunsets....all from the comforts of your balcony.
This condo features upgrade tile, new bathroom cabinetry and a renovated shower. The fully equipped kitchen has 5 appliances, granite countertops, small appliances and laundry facilities. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, t.v. ensuite bathroom, 2 large closets with drawers for storage.The balcony off the bedroom has a mountain view and a BBQ.The kitchen and living area is complete with table and chairs, TV, pull out couch, lamps and coffee tables. The ocean view balcony is equipped with 2 reclining, massaging leather chairs and a TV.
The complex includes 3 infinity pools (one is heated)with whirlpools, a snack bar with a great selection of meals, snacks and beverages. You can step down to the beach for those early morning or late afternoon walks.
The Grand Venetian is walking distance to the Peninsula Mall for your cup of Starbucks, some time at the Casino or the variety of restaurants and boutiques. You are also walking distance to Wal-Mart, Sam's club and the unique Liverpool Mall. A short cab / bus ride takes you to the Marina district, the funfilled downtown Malecon and Zona Romantica.

treated better than family. couldn't do enough to make us welcome and happy. unit clean and well appointed. host cleaned each week with cleaner. low on tp or dish soap? she topped it up. knives a little dull? she sharpened them. pick and drop off at airport. host played golf--supplied clubs and drove. linens and towels washed each week. can't wait to return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Hola, we are Darrell & Carmen, snow birds who love Puerto Vallarta. We own a seasonal construction company which allows us to travell during the winter months, and we did until we decided to buy a condo here. We have many friends in PV, locals and other snow birds as well. We hope you will meet many new friends yourself and return to this hospitable city often.
Why the Owner Chose Hotel Zone:
We have vacationed In Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years, due mainly to the warmth of the people and just a little to the sun's warmth! We bought our primary condo in this same complex due mainly to the amazing unobstructed view. We also factored in the ease of access to the Malacon, the Romantic zone, Old Town, dance clubs and grocery shopping. It doesn't hurt that the fabulous restaurants are easily reached by bus or taxi. We enjoy the city tours, the yearly festivals, the weekly Art Walk, touring thebotannical gardens. There is entertainment in the open air theatre(Los Arcos) and across the street is dancing in the Town Square to live music. Puerto Vallarta has much to offer. There are canopy tours, horseback riding tours and of course, tequila tours! We have often taken family/friends to a little known, very local, down to earth hot springs that is off the beaten path. We cannot forget to mention the excellent health care and dental doctors available here as well. Buying our condos in this area was the best decision we have ever made!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The view from the main balcony is fabulous! Just imagine what colourful sunsets we enjoy daily. We sip our coffee(or sometimes our margeritas) and watch the cruise ships departing for other ports, the bright stars begging us to watch them instead. We can see the lights of the Malacon and the nightly fireworks from the Pirate ship dinner cruise. During the day, the pools are clear and one is heated as well. but the beach just invites us to explore and pick seashells. We have been entertained with Momma & baby Humpback whales frolicking near our shoreline. The Mommas are teaching their babies how to flap flippers, breach, flap tail and roll! It's an amazing sight. Lots of photo opportunities. We love to entertain and the Grand Venetian is perfect to do so in. Clean with well kept gardens. Poolside service with charming waiters and the friendly security staff are a bonus. The New Years Eve fireworks are amazing when viewed by the pool! Try it one year and you'll be back, I can guarantee it!
