  As I draft this review, we are concluding an outstanding stay in Lance's simply stunning home. You will find everything as described--truly a resort experience complete with hotel amenities. We have enjoyed ten days of pure relaxation, reading around the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, sipping margaritas at sunset and dining under the stars. There is no need to leave. Bianca, the concierge, efficiently makes arrangements for groceries and spa services. The delightful housekeepers Betty and Berta prepare amazing breakfasts. Also, we arranged a chef to prepare dinner on alternate nights. Wifi and US satellite TV work perfectly...especially welcome on this unusually rainy day. If you leave the house, consider a few of our favorite stops: Flora Farm (fried chicken night), Don Sanchez (chef Tadd prepared a perfect meal with our fresh catch) and Buzzards (long walk down the beach or an adventurous drive). One note about the beach...it is a ten minute hike from the house or a five minute drive via the beach club. I suspect the walk will be easier when PLC development is complete. Also, be prepared for construction between the house and beach. Neither of these factors bothered us and the view is still excellent, but you should be aware of this to avoid disappointment. Finally, we particularly appreciated the owner's professionalism and generosity from our first inquiry through the completion of our stay. We have enjoyed wonderful Cabo getaways from Las Ventanas to El Encanto...this home is among the best.

  We stayed at La Noria 126 for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the perfect size for 3 couples. The decor and art in this home are fantastic. The house has two masters - one upstairs and one downstairs, both with ocean views. The other two bedrooms are also equivalent to a master bedroom, don't have ocean views, but were just as beautiful. The house is ocean view, not right on the ocean, but you can hear the waves crashing and it has a great view of the ocean, mountains and town. Pool and spa are a very nice size. The owner and staff were very nice to work with. I picked this location because we love San Jose del Cabo. It is about a 15-minute ride into town, but we did not want to mix celebrating with driving so we did not rent a car we called a driver whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Ran us about $100 per round trip. We had dinner at Mason del Angel in San Jose which is fabulous embiance and food. You need to ask your driver to find it because it's off the beaten path a bit, but well worth it. Highly recommend, have a mojito and order the shimp appetizer. Bianca arranged massages for us one day at the house which we all agreed were terrific. We also went to Flora's Organic Farm for dinner, which is 5 minutes from the house. Absolutely beautiful and great food, be sure to go before it gets dark to truly appreciate it. Not an ocean view, the garden is lovely, you wind up through the mountains to get there. Have a watermelon mojito. Also had dinner at Mi Casa in town which was very good, it's near the town square. We all said we would stay at this house again. We have rented in Pedegral in Cabo San Lucas in the past and we were surprised at how much quieter it was here. Beautiful area with good security, very relaxing. October is also a nice time to go because everything is less expensive, weather was great and nothing was crowded. Great way to celebrate my birthday, thanks to Lance for sharing this home.

  Beautiful house,all bedrooms essentially masters, wonderful breakfasts, good location. No problems except getting there due to a carnival and concomitmently a marathon race.

  This Villa was an exceptional choice! Design elements in every room were great aside from the beautiful oasis location on the coastal desert. We spent most of our time poolside and the fishing trips were happily successful. The Clubhouse dining was well reviewed and our concierge found us an exceptional driver for our visits into San Jose.

  This house is unbelievably beautiful. All of the reviews are spot on. The breakfasts were wonderful, such a nice touch. Bianca was so sweet, took care of all of our needs. She set up a private chef who came up and cooked us dinner. It was the best dinner we had all week! I also had a massage at the house with someone Bianca recommended, and it was one of the best I've had. We could have just stayed at the house and never left, but there are some really great activities, and restaurants that you can take advantage of while you're there. We had full access to the beach club, which is only about a 5 minute drive away. We walked on that beautiful beach for over an hour, never saw another soul. They also have free yoga classes by the ocean Mon, Wed, & Fri morning. The instructor is one of the best I've had, great for all levels. We don't golf, but the golf course is absolutely beautiful. San Jose Del Cabo is one of our favorite towns. There are always family events going on downtown which is always fun to see. Great restaurants as well, and a lot of great art galleries. An experience not to be missed is Flora's Field Kitchen. It's fairly close to the house, in the middle of nowhere. It's an organic farm & restaurant. If you're a dog lover, you'll be in heaven with all of their rescue dogs roaming around. We had dinner there, with live music, and the food was incredible. We had to go back for lunch the next day to see it in the daylight. Absolutely beautiful. This was truly the best vacation we've ever had. The pool, hot tub & fireplace were such a relaxing combination. We spent hours just watching the amazing sunsets. We can't wait to go back, and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!!

  Just returned from a 4-night stay at Villa Brisas Del Mar. What an amazing home! The perfect place for our girlfriend weekend! We spent several days relaxing by the pool and enjoying the spectacular view. We spotted many whales frolicking in the ocean just off the coast. The rooms of this villa are beautiful with amazing attention to detail. If we ever had a question, the friendly property manager was just a phone call away. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us. We will be back!!!

  This home is situated in the incredibly placid and exquisite Puerto Los Cabos community. The home and the development are extremely well maintained. Every day we saw men raking the gravel, so not a stone was in the wrong place. The staff of La Noria 126, are equally amazing. We asked that Elizabeth and Berta come every day to cook and clean for us, which was money well spent. You can not believe what they can accomplish in a few hours. We all thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous breakfasts, which they prepared, and were eager to tip them to show how much we appreciated their hard work. Bianca, the property manager, was always available by phone to answer all our questions. She is a lovely young lady. As has been described in all the previous reviews, the home is perfection. The owners provide everything imaginable for a dream vacation. However, this is not a beach house. To go to the water, you have to drive, either to the beach club, or to another location. The ocean around San Jose del Cabo is not like the Caribbean side of Mexico. It seems to be great for surfing and deep sea fishing, if those are your interests. If golf is your passion, this home is right. Two of our guys, played one of the courses, and stated that it was the most beautiful they have seen around the world. The views from the home to the ocean kept us enthralled. They are beautiful and fascinating from morning to sunset. It was marvelous to sit with a book, and look out to the sea, or to enjoy the pool or hotub. We were able to spot whales from the patio. Also, took a whale watching tour from the Marina, which was an incredible experience. San Jose del Cabo provides much to see and do. We especially enjoyed going to the Saturday organic market and the Thursday night art walk. Also, it was nice to be able to vary cooking in the top of the line kitchen with trying various restaurants. The Mega store, which is on the way to the home, provided us with everything needed to stock the refrigerators, and wine cooler. All in all, being in this home was like paradise. It was hard to leave, and we hope to return soon.

  This was our 8th trip to Cabo with 3 other couples and this was one of the most beautifully decorated homes we have stayed in. The new house is very well equipped with a wonderful working kitchen and a great outdoor kitchen as well. Two of the gorgeous masters suites have amazing views of the ocean and large bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are also decorated to the 9"s with high end bathrooms containing stylish finishes. All bedrooms have ample closets and storage along with safes and robes. Even the towels were the same high quality towels we have at our home. Not what you usually find at a rental property. The owners were terrific on the phone and via emial, not to mention great to work with. They even got a larger outdoor table so the 8 of us could dine al fresco most nights. Having the housekeepers come every other day and make breakfast was a nice touch. As noted in other reviews, the house is even better in person than in the pictures. There is a wonderful view of the ocean and the city view at night by the glass outdoor fireplace is stunning. It is bright and welcoming home, a place we hope to come back to in the future.
