Whether you are a business executive, a romantic couple, a sports fan, you will love this century old apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver with original brick walls, exposed beams, free wireless internet, elegant fireplace and a bay window bench seat to look out on the city.
It is located just around the corner from the Robson street shopping street, 2 blocks from Pacific Centre mall, 1 block from the Vancouver Art Galley, 1 block from the prime office towers, just 5 blocks to the ocean and the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre and less than a 15 minutes walk to BC place Stadium and Rogers Arena for football and hockey games. It is also within walking distance to Stanley Park, Yaletown, and the Vancouver seawall. The building is in the heart of Vancouver's best retail shopping as well as casual and elegant dining - with food from around the globe.
The building was built in classical Victorian style and is extremely well-maintained with newly re-finished Terrazzo marble floors throughout the hallways. It is one of the very few pre-1920 buildings within the city center.
The apartment is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, sectional pull out sofa in the living room, an heirloom dining room table with leather chairs, and two flat screen HDTVs. It has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with marble tiles, a glass shower door and an overhead rain shower faucet.
If you are arriving at the Vancouver International Airport, you can take the skytrain and get off at the City Centre station and walk 3 blocks. If you are driving, we will give you directions to the apartment. Parking is available for an additional fee of $16 per night.

Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed with a $200 deposit.
$200 deposit required to confirm and hold reservation, to be paid by paypal. Balance due on check-in.

Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit, 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund, less than 30 days no refund.
For long term rentals (greater than 28 days) please contact host for deposit and cancellation policy.

Cleaning fee of $45.00 per stay
Parking fee of 16.00 per day (optional)
Damage Deposit of $200.00 (to be returned within 5 days of departure unless additional funds are required to cover damages).
Additional $11 per person after first two guests
