Location: Chimney Rock, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA (20 miles from Asheville, 15 miles from Black Mountain)

Accommodations:  Cabin, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 9)

Kick back on the large deck and enjoy the view of Mount Mitchell and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Rise early to enjoy the sunrising over the mountains. Completed in 2003, this cabin can easily accommodate eight to ten people. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with two double beds; one with one double, and one single bed. There are two full baths downstairs and one and a half baths upstairs. Fully loaded kitchen.

Located close to many attractions. Shop in the quaint villages of Black Mountain, Chimney Rock, and Historical Hendersonville. Enjoy live theater in Flat Rock. Tour the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Visit Chimney Rock where the "Last of the Mohicans" was filmed and Lake Lure where "Dirty Dancing" was filmed. Visit the state park at Mount Mitchell for hiking or just hike the woods around the cabin.

  • Even for the "dead of winter," this was the perfect post-holiday getaway. The cabin was tucked away where peace & quiet was everywhere, all of the time. It was both immaculately clean and welcoming like a home away from home. The great room, gas fireplace & deck with mountain views were perfect for morning coffee all the way through evening wine. Both of our dogs loved the great room overlook via the upstairs railing. Thanks for stocking the home with all of its amenities. This is a great, comfortable place for family, friends & dogs as well!   • What can we say! This cabin is gorgeous! We loved sitting in the deck at night while drinking our champagne...so romantic. The decor is beautiful and the cabin very clean. The view is fantastic! We have stayed in several cabins over the past few years, but This was definitely the nicest cabin we've ever rented! The cabin and view were exactly the way we pictured it from the internet, plus a whole lot more. The view from the living room was breathtaking and we just loved sitting beside the fireplace looking out at the mountains. You need to stay here and experience it yourself! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
