Between 01/03/13 & 12/23/13 (Hawaii Standard Time) a 1 night penalty will apply if you cancel within 3 days of arrival. Between 12/24/13 & 01/04/14 (Hawaii Standard Time) a 2 night penalty will apply if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit Policy :
A 1 night room deposit will be charged at time of booking if staying between 01/03/13 & 12/24/13. A 2 night deposit will be charged at time of booking if staying between 12/24/13 & 01/04/14. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.

A trip to Kauai is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I would love to share my knowledge and experience with you! I have been the General Manager here at the Poipu Shores for the past 7 years. My team and I are onsite at the Front Desk from 8:30AM - 5:00PM every day and are very familiar with all of the sights, places, and activities here in Poipu. We are the only ones directly onsite at the property and are readily available to assist you with any questions, concerns, or needs that you have.
