  This house is great. The rooms are even more spacious than shown in the photos and the backyard never ends. The owner Bruce is a real nice guy and always reachable. I plan on coming back with my family. The game room was one of my favorite rooms with a poker table and two different types of treadmills. It's also close to the Tanger Outlets for your shopping needs. Stay here or miss out. - George

  Owner response: It is hard to show how large the house is in pictures,there are nine foot ceilings on the first floor.There are four large gathering rooms on the first floor the kitchen family room,living room,dining room and game room...glad you enjoyed the house....bg

  We loved this house! Bruce thought of every detail into this house and it was a wonderful stay. The deck was the best place to hang out. All the bedrooms were nice and big. Location was perfect as you can get to the Hamptons, Greenport, Orient, Riverhead quite easily. We took the ferry to Shelter Island and another day took a ferry to Block Island. Bruce - it was a pleasure meeting you and we'll be back soon!

  We enjoyed this house and the property the moment we arrived until the minute we left. Bruce keeps this house spotless and it has beautiful furniture. The front porch with the wicker chairs and the back porch with the immaculate grounds were breathtaking. This house was close to the wineries and shopping which was also a plus for us. We had 10 people sleep comfortably and the house had clean towels, pots/pans etc so all you had to do was show up. We could not have asked for a better property....thank you so much Bruce.

  My family stayed for nearly 2 weeks at this house and we would strongly recommend it. We had an amazing time and the setting of the house is just beautiful, amazing views from all of the windows and porch, huge backyard with playground for kids, BBQ on porch. The location was great located on a quit beautiful street close to all shopping minutes away from walmart,target and Tanger outlet as well as a lot of local small grocery and bakery's. The house was equally fantastic - a modern house but with a lot of character - lovely furnishings and a very comfortable, homely feel. Bruce is a fantastic and generous host and you will enjoy every minute of your stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We stayed at this location for my engagement party in Aquebogue. The party was held at my parents house in the area, I am from out of state. Bruce removed all worries I had and was clear, concise and accurate in all he did. He is an excellent individual to work with, especially from a distance. The location was spacious and comfortable. We were delighted with the spacious bonus room. There are many places in this home to meet up, but then seek privacy in the upstairs bedroom. The property was clean, the listing was accurate, and the owner was always available if we needed to discuss anything. I called him twice, once to get the WIFI pin and another time to confirm our departure activities. Both times, he answered immediately and was kind, interested, and clear in his instructions. I have recommended this property to my friends and would recommend it also to you, dear reader. For my wedding, occuring in Baiting Hollow next year, I suggested that my close group of friends rent the home. They plan to do so and would rather stay here than in the area hotels. All in all, this was a great experience for me and for my friends who were staying with me. The homes close proximity to my parents home, the vineyards, and a quiet, calm community makes it feel like the true home away from home.

  We stayed here when our son got married in this area and since we were going to be here for a week we wanted to be comfortable and this house gave us plenty of space for all the activities going on during our pre-wedding week. We were able to have relatives and friends in and our all week without feeling smothered like we would have in a hotel or smaller house. We even hosted a rehearsal party the evening before the wedding and the back yard and patio were a wonderful asset for this. The owner was gracious and very accommodating and we found that what we saw on this VRBO site was exactly what we got when we arrived. The area was wonderful, close to many wineries and small towns with shopping and fruit and vegetable stands, which made cooking and grilling great so we didn't have to eat out every day. We would most certainly consider renting this house again especially since we now have family and friends in the area....

  We stayed in this house for a weekend on my husbands birthday. We have rented quite a few houses before, but I must say that I have never seen a house as clean and as comfortable as this one. First of all when you walk in you don't even think that this house is for renting: It is super clean, super organized and VERY cozy. The backyard is HUGE and the playground is very nicely built. The kids had a great time, and the guys even managed to play soccer, that's how big the property is. Whenever we need to rent a house, this will definitely be our first choice. It accommodates 5 families nicely, and if you have an air mattress you can even put another couple to sleep in the leaving room. The owner was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

  We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend, and we couldn't have asked for more. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We couldn't believe how big the property was! The location is great, wineries and restaurants were a short drive away. I definitely recommend staying in this house, we can't wait to go back!

  First of all it is the biggest house we ever rented. For this price we really didn't expect it would be thy big. It can fit more people than we thought. The location is very convenient: multiple public tennis courts within five miles, multiple wineries too. Jamesport beach and son gold course where all the guys except me went were also within 10 miles. We have put a volleyball net in a huge backyard, we had a barbeque at the huge backyard deck, everything is new in the house, even the directive receiver with a huge plazma tv. Plus, the Hampton Jitney bus stops a walking distance from there. Enjoyed it and definitely would come again if it's available

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
