My husband and I just spent a wonderful week in Arizona,searching for a retirement home. This house is a home that you will instantly feel welcomed in. The owners came to the rescue, when we couldn't figure out the TV remotes, as there was an important football game on. The house has everything you will need to enjoy your home away from home vacation.I did a bit of cooking while there and the kitchen is awesome. We also enjoyed sitting out in the back yard ,being from cold New England, the weather was perfect. Thank You Kevin & Jennifer for allowing us to stay in your home. I would rent this home again, and have told family and friends all about it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This is not my first time using VRBO, but this is by far the BEST, NICEST, CLEANEST home (not a house but a home!) I have stayed in. The location is perfect for all of Phoenix. The home has everything and then some. It was such a relaxing enjoyable week and my family and I felt very comfortable the entire 5 nights we were there. I WILL be renting this location again. Thank you Jennifer for doing such an great job setting up your home for others to use.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a great experience staying at this vacation rental in Avondale. We would hike in the mornings and spend our evenings relaxing poolside, enjoying healthy dinners on the grill. We were genuinely impressed by the small amenities and details -- brand new beach towels, quality bedding, useful small appliances -- and enjoyed the privacy the back yard offered, which was something we didn't find in comparable listings. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
