Come and enjoy this meticulously remodeled apartment located six blocks from downtown Coeur d'Alene, walking distance to Tubbs Hill and the natural wonders of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Upon entering the cozy living room of the apartment, you will feel the warmth of the radiant floor beneath the hardwood and carpet, offering subtle warmth on those chilly mornings. The radiant floor system covers the entire apartment floor with each room having its own control settings. The gas fireplace adds a subtle ambience to any relaxing evening, and if you’re in the mood to take in a movie or just watch TV, there is a flat screen TV above the fireplace and a futon to snuggle up on with family or friends. In fact each major room has a flat screen TV.
Beyond the folding doors adjoining the living room is a large guest room that could easily accommodate children or friends. There’s substantial closet storage for skis or water sports and a built-in desk with internet connection.
There is a large main bathroom with a tile tub/shower, elegant cherry stained cabinets, and individual radiant floor heating controls to adjust comfort level. In addition, a powder room lined with tile floors is attached to the living room.
Down the hall, a dining room and a gorgeous kitchen open for a perfect gathering spot for friends and family. A high-top wood dining table seating six to eight with two stools at the kitchen bar offer enough seating opportunities for a large family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances to meet your every culinary need (gas-fired range oven with microwave above, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker). The beautiful cherry wood cabinets stocked with a full set of dishes and utensils for eight offer plenty of space for storage.
Adjacent to the dining room is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a double closet for storage, a sleeper sofa for relaxation, and an additional internet hub with a provided laptop for your convenience.
Additional amenities included are use of a street side deck located above the apartment, a lower private patio area with BBQ, and off-street parking.

Wonderful get away
Wonderful get away
The owner has done a magnificient job of remodeling the apartment. Everything is brand new and no expense has been spared! It's gorgeous! We came for the Ironman and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything. Downtown was a 5 minute walk away as is Lake Coeur d'Alene. The ap't sleeps up to 8 so large families can easily be accomodated. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Chad was very easy to deal with and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be spoiled for a very reasonable price.

As mentioned in the review, the apartment is brand new and now the aim is to address the subtle conveniences and comforts that can elevate a guest's stay beyond travel accomodations to achieve a truly wonderful and memorable experience. I encourage any suggestions to continuously improve on this commitment. The apartment location is perfect for the Ironman triathalon, however there are numerous downtown events where guests are emerssed in the experience. There is a good sized partially covered deck above the apartment (railing seen in photo) which is available for use and offers a comfortable view of the immediate area as well as outdoor entertaining space. In the colder season, travelers will be cozy and comfortable staying in individually zoned floor heating spaces, full bath tub and living room gas fireplace.
