Listed is a 2 Bedroom 3 Bath Townhouse that easily sleeps 8 people. Everything in it is brand NEW! And most importantly is the wall to wall carpeting. It is the largest Villa you can get, plus an oversized balcony that has a large table with 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs.
New carpet, New paint, New appliances, New beds, New dining set, New furniture and New wall-mounted TV's, from 42"-51". The living room TV even swivels so you can watch it from the kitchen or dining room as well.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the main floor with the bedrooms upstairs. The living room has elegant furniture with a few extra features like reclining chairs and a rocking love seat. You just have to try it to believe it. The couch is on sliders so it can be pulled out for a bed.
We'd like to stress how nice it is to walk on new carpet rather than tile, snow birds prefer it. But at the same time we want it to stay nice so please be careful. (shoes, food and drinks). And if something should happen, please let us know so we can take care of it.
You can eat either out on the balcony or dining room or even in the kitchen with its 6 bar stools around the peninsula and island. So preparing food is very convenient within an arms reach away from the island.
If you had a hard day of playing at Edgewater, whether it was golf, tennis, working out or just jogging on the beach. The large bedroom even has a personal whirlpool bathtub that you can soak in. Or just lay on one of the queen beds and watch the 51 inch TV. The other bedroom has a king size bed, 42 inch TV and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their own balconies with great views and full baths!

This condo is not only spacious and beautiful, it provides the best of all worlds. You are within walking distance to a variety of restuarants, just a few steps from the beach, across the street from the pro shop, and yet have the quiet of the golf course and a private heated pool, if you are looking for a more restful atmosphere. I can't say enough about how gorgeous this condo is and the size of the condo! Hope to make this a yearly stay, as have never stayed in a place we like as well, and we have stayed on the beach in Panama City for over 30 years, from condo's to the houses in Carrillon. This is without a doubt, my favorite place to be!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This place has lots of space to stratch out and relax. Huge balcony with a great view. It is very comfortable and convenient to everything - restaurants, groceries and shopping, and of course, the beach. I liked it so much I stayed 4 months and wanted to stay longer. Its probably the best located of all the villas - close to the bridge and the front gate but away from the noise and traffic. The place is clean and has obviously been well taken care of. It has everything you need for cooking a nice meal if you don't want to go out. The bedrooms are upstairs away from the living area/kitchen so early risers won't disturb late sleepers. Flat screen TVs in every room and one of the pools is right outside. The owners are wonderful people to know and I hope to stay with them again.Did you find this review helpful? My family stayed at this unit from July 2-July 9, 2011. It was very spacious, layed out great, and very nicely decorated. With 2 adults and 6 teenagers we all had our own space, never felt like we were in one anothers way. The convenience of the pool was great! The lagoon pool tends to stay "over crowded", so it was nice to be able to walk down a set of stairs straight to the pool in the heat of the days. We will definitely be return renters. Thank you Diana for the opportunity. Looking forward to renting from you again,Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We live in Michigan near the Indiana state line, where we enjoy the country life and the joys of aviation with a runway on our property. By the time snow gets here we are tired of running our business and giving flight lessons and so we started to come to Florida to take a break from it all and fell in love with Panama City Beach and surrounding towns.
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort:
Edgewater has everything that a vacationer would want. From the "perfect" white sandy beaches to 24-hour security. We also have 2 other single rental units at Edgewater, but we were still looking for that special one. And it took us 3 years to finally find the right condo unit that we would call home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Not many people know that there are Townhomes at Edgewater, and that only a few of them even have huge balconies to eat, sun or relax on. We like to sit out there in the morning and have our coffee and watch the golfers try to hit their balls over the pond to get on the green. Then across the parking lot, to play tennis or to work out. At around noon we can just step right out our door and be at the pool to tan, swim or relax. In the afternoon or evening we will either walk on the beach or go to Oceans resturant right by the lagoon pool and eat while enjoying the beautiful sounds and views of the ocean. Then for me I spend the rest of the night on my favorite rocking love seat or reclining chair, watching TV. When we go out, there is ton's of fun to be had, with nearby food joints, junk shops, mini golf, and the always fun Pier Park, where I usually end up going to have a movie and popcorn!
