Recently remodeled with all new furniture, paint and window treatments. Enjoy the balcony with beautiful views and sunrise over the mountains. Beautiful Flamingo beach is just 150 meters away and the grocery store and several restaurants/bars even closer. There is no need for a rental vehicle if staying at this property and is a great location for a long term rental. The condo complex is made up of only 12 condos and only 7 are rental properties making for a nice quiet area to relax rather than staying at a crowded resort. The location is one of the best around.
