Chic Caribbean Villa at beautiful Punta del Mar Resort with all amenities including master bedroom (king-sized bed) with private bathroom and ocean front balcony. The second bedroom (queen sized bed) with superb ocean view. The third bedroom (full-bed) facing gorgeous Rincon hills ! Large living and dining rooms with water views,exquisity decorated.
The dining room accommodates up to 8 people. The kitchen is large and fully eqquipped. Nice family room with 42 inches flat TV, DVD player and I-POD station. The unit also comes with internet access and cable tv. The third floor offers a stunning ocean front terrace with two lounge chairs for sun or moon bathing ! There is also a ground terrace with nice BBQ and hammocks.
The vacation home is located in a gated private community with 24 hours security service. The complex offers basketball courts, tennis and a large pool and deck where you can watch whales during season. The Rincon area offers easy access to shopping, and Caribbean style restaurants where you can enjoy the hills and the sunsets and world class surfing beaches.

"This was the best vacation ever." That is what my family said when we left this terrific condo. It was a very comfortable week long stay. The Condo right by the beach and you can see the water from almost every room in the house. The Punta Del Mar Villa is peaceful and secure and close enough to everything. The owners were so nice and they were available at all times. I have already reserved our next stay.Owner response: Thank you for the kind words; We are looking forward to having you back-the pleasure was all ours.

Additional information about rental rates
In Winter Season we need to received the total payment two month in advance, if cancelled within 30 days prior to reservation $250.00 will be charged,if cancelled 15 days prior 50 percent credit will be refund. No refunds 7 days or less.
First half of rental fee plus security deposit and signed rental agreement necessary to reserve property. Credit card payments are payable through Pay Pal, bank checks also accepted. Payments made within one month of arrival, required credit card or bank-issued checks only. Rates for December and January will be $400.00 dollars per night.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Refundable Damage Deposit $300.00
Cleaning Fees $100.00

Rincon is very accesible from the US,with the closest airport being in Aguadilla, only 30 minutes away (18 miles) Jet Blue, Continental and Spirit all serve Aguadilla (Airpor code is BQN). San Juan Airport (SJU) is an easy two hour drive on Route 22 to Route 2 to Route 115 to Rincon.
