This house represents one of the most peaceful places i have been in Florida since I moved here 8 years ago. Imagine beautiful sunsets, your own private deck with pool overlooking the water. If you want to watch the sunset on the beach, you only have to drive 5 miles (or bike if you enjoy that like me) and you are on the beach (manasota key) which is home to the most shark teeth ever found. after a beautiful sunset you can walk across the street to some of the local pubs to enjoy some live music and oysters. Life doesn't get much better than that.
