The cascading waterfalls in the foyer give way to a Koi pond below loaded with 60+ fish. Unimaginable, breathtaking views as you move through this breeze-filled, open plan. Whether you are enjoying a soursop or mango juice on the open terrace, lounging pool side, playing ping-pong or billiards on the lower terraces, or finding your mantra with yoga on the grounds; you will constantly be surround by the beauty and aromas of the blooming gardens.

5 well appointed bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are located on the second story and one at Pool level of Casa delle Palme, while the living areas are located steps down from the entry way. The architectural uniqueness of the interiors of this villa reflects grand marble floors, high ceilings extending 2 stories high, with creative use of interior gardens, waterfalls and majestic columns.
There are 3 grand dining areas for you to choose. There is a formal dining seating area inside for 10 and one for 6 persons. Rich mahogany furnishings, flavored with the original art pieces, which are specially selected by this owner, rich in history.
The choice area for dining is outside on the open veranda, with 18 persons seating, overlooking the swimming pool and lush garden areas. Adjoining this open veranda, there is a comfortable outdoor living area, popular with guests for spending time together, relaxing and reading favorite novels. Favorite are for entertaining, enjoying cocktails and overlooking the swimming pool, and expansive Caribbean sea views.
Table Tennis, pool table and some Exercise Equipment are on the lower lever of the Pool area.
Grounds are lush in orange and lime trees, avocado, papaya, mango, tangerine, Passion fruit, Breadfruit, Starapple, Soursop, Grapefruit, Breadfruit and a large variety of Palms , Royal Poinciana, Hibiscus, Oleander as well as Heliconias.
There are two large Oceanview and two small Gardenview Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, A/C, Ceiling Fan, Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, Hairdryers, Kingsize mahogany Beds, wooden Floors. One Suite at Pool level with a large Bathroom, TV, Standing Fan, A/C and Cable TV, large Livingroom which is separated from the Bedroom.

Villa Casa della Palme, Jamaica You enter on the third floor of a dramatic skylit atrium and work your way down marble steps that curve around an indoor garden decorated with fountains, cascades, whimsical statuary and a koi pond. The gallery encircling the third floor is given over to the four guest rooms; the main floor is dominated by an indoor sitting area and dining alcove. Double-height French doors lead to a U-shaped, rattan-furnished veranda with a second dining table outdoors. Flowering terraces step down to a red-tiled deck with swimming pool and hot tub. It’s all very grand, very airy and awash in light, with expansive views of coastline and sea. But what makes Casa delle Palme especially appealing (apart from the rate) is the wealth of nooks where snoozers or readers or tea-sippers can slip off for a few moments of solitude. My favorites: a shrub-shrouded terrace between the veranda and the pool, a club-like library/TV room, a patio table beneath the white pergola beside the hot tub. After dark, the villa is pure magic, a mini sound-and-light show of chandeliers, blinking candles and plinking fountains. Ask Paulette, the villa’s housekeeper/cook, to prepare something typically Jamaican for dinner and you have the makings of very contented evenings. Casa delle Palme is nestled into the hills above the Half Moon Golf Course, about 12 minutes from Montego Bay airport.
