This stylish and comfortable studio apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town on a quiet pedestrian only steps away from shops, cafés and restaurants. Within a few minutes you can be on the seafront and the beach is an easy 10 minute walk.
Situated on the second floor (accessed by stairs) of a traditional building the apartment has been recently completely refurbished to a high standard. The main room is furnished with armchairs, foot stools, coffee tables, flat screen TV with English and French channels and small dining table seating 2. There is the convenience of WiFi internet. French doors open to a Juliet balcony providing plenty of light a pleasant view down the colorful street.
The open plan kitchen has good storage and work space. It is nicely equipped with an oven, 4-burner ceramic cook top, fridge/freezer and microwave.
In an alcove open to the main room is the bedroom area with two twin beds placed together, large closets and wall reading lights.
The white tiled bathroom is just off the main room and has a stall shower, large vanity and toilet.
Altogether this is a lovely little apartment, ideally located in the heart of the Old Town within easy reach of the amenities of the area.
