  My husband & I took our 3 daughters (14, 17, 19) to Orlando to enjoy SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Universal/IOa. My in-laws decided to join as well. We have been to Orlando many times over the years, and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Vista Cay is located in a quiet area close to all the parks (you need a car). The condo was amazing! Modern, large, well stocked, clean - it looked exactly like the website photos. The beds/bedding were very comfortable! Our unit was very close to the main pool area (many units were not as this is a huge resort) and we enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. It's very quiet here, so if you're looking for a party atmosphere this was not it. We loved the large patio and furniture-nice to relax and look out at the lake. The condo owners were very helpful, and checked in with us when we got home. My only wish is that there were grills to use at the main club house - they only had them at the second pool area which was far away from us. I will be recommending this condo to all my friends!

  This is my third rental in Vista Cay, and the best. Clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and views of the serene lake made our stay amazing. Better than the photos, with every comfort (except tissue) you could ever need. We loved the pool area, and the walking path around the lake was a perfect way to start the day. Will bring the grandkids back in the fall. A perfect rental.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  I definitely recommend this place if you like nice, clean, and luxury. The furniture was top notch with big flat screens in all the rooms as well. Huge floorplan with a huge master suite and restroom. Views from all the rooms of the lake. Big balcony with nice patio furniture. Full washer and dryer with everything you need in the kitchen. Nice quite secure area that's not too crowded with travelers. Super close to the entertainment district of International Drive. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants in that area. Supermarket is right next door as well as a Walgreens. Disney is a quick drive as well since highways are close by. Absolutely nothing negative to say. This place is top notch all the way around and would definitely recommend to anybody.

  What an absolutely wonderful vacation property! Spacious is an understatement and beautifully furnished. Each of our children (16 and 21) had their own rooms with their own TV's and wi-fi, the master bedroom was huge, a wonderful living area and great kitchen - all very upscale. I also can't say enough about the pool area - complete with a great hot tub and fitness facility! Condo association was private, yet close to all the key attractions. Short drive to the major downtown/restaurant area - recommend The Pub for anyone looking for an English Pub type setting with good pub food and drinks. Very family appropriate as well. Walgreens, Publix Market and pizza place right down the street from Vista Cay too. And how great it was when the kids slept in to have such a wonderful place to spread out and relax in. Highly recommend this vacation spot!

  To say it rained during our annual vacation is an understatement, but the silver lining was this awesome condo. I'm writing this from the oh so comfortable chair, with my feet propped up on the ottoman watching the palm tree sway in the wind as it rains. It's kind of relaxing knowing I don't have to hurry through breakfast to make it out to the pool. Beds are very comfy and pillows are good. And there were even bars of soap! It's the little things that make me happy. We got here in the pouring rain at 10:30 at night and I just knew I was going to have to leave again for the soap I'd forgotten, but this condo came with absolutely everything we needed for day one. I love that. Even movies for the DVD player!! We'll definately be back.

  We stayed at this condo recently and were immensely pleased. This property was very clean upon arrival, furnishing were excellent with attention to detail in the well-equipped kitchen. Patio in a great location overlooking the lake. Not one problem to speak of with regards to this unit. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay while in Orlando.

  As first timers, we were a little nervous about renting a vacation property online. All apprehension vanished when we arrived at this luxury condo. Furnishings were lovely, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds were comfy. The condo was spacious, well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, looking over the lake, having our morning coffee or evening cocktails. We highly recommend this rental property. I have no doubt where I'll be staying next time I visit Orlando.
