About the owner: Hello, my name is Roald Eyvindsson and Im from Iceland. For the past six years I´ve worked as a journalist and at the moment I´m writing a book. Am into arts, travel, excercise and GOOD FOOD :).
Why the Owner Chose Reykjavik:
I've always dreamt of living in an old house in Reykjavik's city center - close to all the buzz. But at the same time I wanted a comfortable place to retreat to. I finally got my change when I found an old off street house, in an increasingly popular and vibrant area, and decided to buy and renovate it to meet modern standards. And now I'm a proud owner of my own little paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The style, old age and history of the house made me fall in love with it. Not to mention the location, the neighbourhood is just great with all necessities and attractions close at hand.Of course the house has two balcanies, where I love to drink coffee in the summer.
