A true Cliff House, comfortable and cozy, with outrages views, large expansive decks that surround the house, location, location, location says it all, it is the closest Cliff House on the Washington side to the Hatchery, Swell City, the Event Site and Hood River. Located at the top of Dock Grade, completely fenced and private, great for kids, a few blocks walking distance to Restaurants, Bars, Bakery, Grocery store, Play Ground, Public Tennis Courts, etc.
A country setting with hundred year old fir, oak and pine trees, but yet you are right in town. Expansive black top parking area with plenty of room to layout all your sports equipment or park your boat, jet skies, etc. You can see the wind lines and study the wind at the Hatch and the Event Site, and watch the excitement up and down the river all day long. This is the house, once featured in “American Windsurfer” magazine, known as “Eagles Nest”. There is no comparison, there is no other!

The house has over 3000sqft of interior and more than 2000sqft of decking and a bathroom for every bedroom.
