This Caribbean-style 2BR very private villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool, and a sandy private backyard that leads to the pebbly beach (good for snorkeling). Pool shoes/fins are required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment. Private swimming pool and thatched cabana.
Oceanfront doors to the sea connect to the full-width screened-in porch, adjacent to both the beach and the pool. Very deep lot (450') and heavily landscaped from the neighboring homes. (1) Queen Suite; (1) Twin (2 beds) Bedroom Suite. Oceanfront freshwater pool with lounge chairs and palm trees. Charcoal BBQ near pool. Many shade and coconut trees on the property.
Screened porches on both the front and rear of Conch'ed Out permit great cross-ventilation in winter when the A/C is not necessary. Fall asleep to the waves below. A/C is for the bedrooms and baths only; you can leave the rest of the house open to both the front and rear screen porches, with ceiling fans as well.
Accommodates up to 4 people currently (4 adults max.); Excellent small family or 2-couple villa. Room for (2) roll-away beds.
All rates INCLUDE Government Occupancy tax.
Modern kitchen and large dining area, A/C in the bedrooms only, WiFi Internet access included. TV and stereo in the living area with plenty of seating. Gated and fenced property with plenty of off-street parking.
