10 in a million type of private single family home in a nice residential section of North Beach . There are only a little handful of oceanfront single family residences for rent that are this close to Flagler Ave.. There are fewer with such easy beach access. Open sliding glass door , take 5 steps and your standing on powder white beach sand. Some times it seems like your far away from it all , private and secluded , yet your only a 10 minute beach stroll to all of the festivities and libation of Flagler Avenue and Flagler Avenue Special Events should you chose to go out on the town ( with zero responsibility of a vehicle to be concerned with. ) A rare and well deserved freedom to enjoy
( Responsible Waltzing Matildas welcome ) . This dwelling is ideal for both spectator and participant in a dozen water sports (Surfing , Windsurfing , Paddle Boarding , Surfishing ,Jet Skis , Kites , ) anything that you can ever think of that takes place on the beach or ocean , takes place right in your backyard.
This house is ideal for a couple , or a couple with 2 or 3 children or Two couples sharing expenses as the house divides nicely into 2 fully private sections. 8 persons is the absolute maximum occupancy permitted and will have to be approved in advance , please call us about it.

' Bidden or unbidden GOD is here ' After spending a few days and nights in the comfort of this dwelling you will know why.
The nature is breathtaking as can only be enjoyed from the private seclusion of a private single family residence. Each season ( each MONTH ) affords a distinct theme of events. Every single day the ocean takes on an entirely new and different personality and feeling. Each morning the ocean is acting different than the day before , sometimes tumultuous some days flat as glass. The soothing effects of the ocean are indescribable Looking out the picture window in the Oceanroom ( as we call it ) is like watching the Wide World of Sports or the National Geographic Channel on 180' High Def Flat screen DVD , only it is LIVE. Depending on the season and the weather conditions at the time , there is no telling what you will be seeing each day . Sometimes Jet Skiers flying around over the waves . Sometimes you will see Wind surfers literally jumping the waves 30-40' into the air , and there are always surfers out there having fun. Each day different varieties of seabirds will appear. Sometimes there will be hundreds of Seagulls ,, some days Plovers , some days both . One of our favorite things to witness is when the Ospreys hover over the ocean from 100' up ,, then DIVE down and plunge into the water , emerging with a big fish dinner . They like to fly the fish around , doing a victory lap , before flying off for supper ( or lunch ) The walk to Ponce Inlet is around 2 miles

We love this house and this area. We also love living on the River . Our objective as owners is to market our property to its highest and best use. We are looking to create a 'win win' situation with 12 persons ( families ) or Corporations who would
like to take a given month. ( ideally year after year ) Each month has its own theme.
Jan. New Years resolution month , time to diet and exercise and jog the beaches.

May: Memorial Day and the beach moth leading up to it

As wonderful as this property is for families and children and we certainly welcome them as guests . This home is a nice alternative to a Cruise for retired and semi retired persons. Also a perfect haven for anyone recovering from any type of surgical procedure be it physical or cosmetic and don't necessarily want to be around other people , but would be great for rejuvenation and energizing here in relative seclusion
