This beautiful, Non-Smoking, two bedroom, two bath condo is located in the private gated complex of North Coast Village. There is a great ocean view and just a few steps to the large swimming pool, spa, and beach.
Kitchen is fully-equipped for a full course dinner for any large family. Beautiful granite countertops and designer cabinets makes serving meals a breeze. Large dining table that comfortably seats six for meals and games. Living room is decorated in designer colors with big screen cable TV, DVD, and VCR included, along with a fireplace.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV/DVD, and private bath with granite countertops. The second bedroom is ready for any surfer. Full bed with twin bed as a bunk, also a full-size futon with deluxe mattress and cable TV with DVD player. The living room sofa also converts into a sofa sleeper. Towels and linens are provided as well as games, beach chairs, boogie boards, and ice chest. All you need is your bathing suit.
This tropical resort is complete with two pools, jacuzzis, workout room, ping pong tables, pool tables, waterfalls, koi ponds, and lush tropical garden setting throughout. Massage therapist by appointment and yoga classes are available. Also included is one reserved, covered parking space.
Walking distance to the pier and to the Oceanside Harbor and Marina. You can't find a better vacation spot for a family or just a romantic get away. The beaches are uncrowded and very clean and safe. We vacationed here for eight years before we decided to buy. Come listen to the waves and enjoy your stay.
