  Enjoyed our time immensely. Mary Jo was a joy to work with to setup the stay and was very flexible. The condo was centrally located clean and comfortable. Its nice to go on vacation and have a full kitchen at your disposal. Also the condo contains beach chairs and beach cart to help you get the most out of your beach excursions. Excellent place for inclement weather with indoor pool right outside your balcony. We will be back. Thanks again Mary Jo

  We had hesitations of taking a family vacation with two little ones (4 months and 3 years old) but this room and resort were perfect for us in every way. It was affordable for a young family, it had every option a we could want (beach within walking distance--even for a 3 year old, pool just downstairs or outdoor pool if weather was warmer, tv with dvd in every living space--3 yr old thought that was awesome). There was lots to see and do within a short distance and even before leaving we were already planning our return trip next year.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the boardwalk to the beach. The beach was wonderful and we enjoyed the nearby mini-golf and shopping. Mary Jo was very helpful in helping us book our stay.

  I recently visited my family for Thanksgiving in Hilton Head, and due to space limitations at my parents, my boyfriend and I had to find a place to stay. This condo was beyond what we could have asked for. It is spotless, completely renovated, stocked with all necessary items in the kitchen, high quality flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and the living room. The photos are completely accurate--- the condo is actually better in person, as we could have stayed a lot longer. We were able to relax with no noise, and even though it was cold, we took several walks on the beach, only a minutes walk from the condo. The condo is very centrally located which makes getting around Hilton Head very easy!! The owners of the condo provide you with every bit of information that you could possibly need from arrival to departure, and they are super attentive if you have questions. In either direction you have shopping centers with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay in Hilton Head!!

  Unit is as described and pictured, clean also. The owner very nice and accommodating. Nice to have a full kitchen when you don't want to go out. King bed and air conditioning (which worked great) was a welcome relief after a day in the sun. Resort is not right on the beach and doesn't claim to be, I found the boardwalk walk to beach scenic and relaxing. I saw a tiny shark in water at high tide first morning, watched an aligator in the resort lagoon, and lots of turtles and crabs everywhere too.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We visited Mary Jo's condo in August. The condo was decorated very nice and you could tell that it had recently been updated. There were 6 of us and we fit comfortably. We also had a baby so I was worried about fitting a pack and play in but there was plenty of room in both of the bedrooms. Having the beach chairs, cart and umbrellas were a very nice extra. The resort was nice and not very crowded. There were lots of things to do for people of all ages. Her condo would be great if you have some older kids because it is in the indoor pool area and I'm sure kids would love to play in the pool all day long.... rain or shine. :) Thanks Mary Jo for letting us stay in your condo!

  The condo was just as described and so clean. The colors were cheery and bright and appears to have been recently updated. Mary Jo was so sweet and wonderful to work with and so accommodating. We were on a much needed family getaway and really got a chance to relax. The beach is great and not very crowded. 4beach chairs and a beach cart are in the condo and that was a great thing to have available. The boardwalk is a little bit of a hike but the golf cart drivers were all super nice and available most of the day. The walk was actually really cool at night . We carried flash lights and you could see all the marsh crabs, fish and snails. Thank you Mary Jo for allowing us to stay in your vacation home. We will definately call again!!

  The provided pictures doesn't do this condo justice! The condo was immaculate! As soon as we opened the door we knew it was the right choice. Very clean and updated. We have stayed at Hilton Head Resort three times now and this unit has definitely been the best of them all. The condo served us with true Southern hospitality. Mary Jo was wonderful to work with and our experience will definitely be one to remember. Our family had a great time and this condo is #1 on our list for a return stay!

  My boyfriend and I recently stayed in this condo and loved our vaction. The condo itself is gorgeous and very clean with plenty of living space, and is just a pictured. The accomodations Mary Jo has provided in the condo are great, as are the condo accomodations. Everything was just as described on the site. We were on a tight budget for this trip and the condo was very afforable. We brought most of our own food and found the kitchen supplies above and beyond what is typically supplied in a condo type setting. The provided beach chairs and beach wheeled tote were extremely convenient as we did not have to bring our own and didnt have to carry everything to the beach. The condo complex is very clean and all pools and commonground areas are well taken care of. We did not venture out of the condo much, but there are many restaurants around and plenty of grocery stores a short drive away. We spent one day at the outlet shops and found some great deals!! Mary Jo was wonderful to deal with, responded to emails promptly, and a made booking this trip at the last minute simple and worry-free. We have raved about this trip and the accomodations to our friends and would definitely return in the future!

  Interior of condo was nice. However, condo does not overlook an outside pool or the beach. No outdoor balcony.

  Owner response: The condo description does not indicate that the unit overlooks the beach or an outside pool. The condo was renovated in June 2011 and is precisely described in the VRBO write up. This unit overlooks the 1st floor indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, jogging track, and atrium with a wi-fi area. The condo has an interior 2nd floor balcony.
