This is an ideal property for a family, or families, seeking to experience a Vermont holiday in a warm and comfortable home. Situated on a quiet wooded lot on a private road yet conveniently located to Rt. 100 in Stowe.
Many windows and southern exposure make this house open and airy. Enter on the 1st level into the mud room and drop off your gear. Adjacent to the mud room is the bunk room with two bunk beds – a full sized bed with a single bunk over and another standard bunk bed sleeps five total. There’s also room to relax with an HDTV, DVD/Blu-ray, Xbox 360, a bathroom with separate shower and laundry room.
Moving upstairs to the main floor, you’ll find an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast counter and a windowed seating area for socializing. A separate dining room seats eight comfortably. In the adjacent living area, three love seats surrounding a coffee table and stone fireplace provide a comfortable space for relaxing, socializing or watching TV.
Upstairs again takes you to the top level where there’s a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, and private master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms, each with full-sized beds (one is a loft bed), share a full bath/shower.
All utilities, WiFi, Dish-TV and local phone service are included. Well-behaved dogs may be considered (arrange in advance), no other pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
