Sunset Beach is beautiful any time of the year with lots to do. Enjoy the award winning Sandpiper Bay world class golf courses (3 - 9 hole courses), a beach with spectacular views, and great local dining. There is something for everyone at Sunset Beach, a 2 mile drive from the Villa. Walk, bike, run or just relax on the beautiful beach. While at the beach you can visit the Kindred Spirit, Bird Island, or fish off the Sunset pier. Experience the unique opportunity to see both the sun rise or set over lovely Sunset Beach.

Our Villa has vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural lighting and is filled with many amenities to make your stay enjoyable including a private balcony overlooking a lovely lagoon. The kitchen is equipped with a full suit of appliances for your use. Brand new sofa/loveseat and DreamCloud king mattress added in 2022. New 50 inch flat screen TV and stove added in 2020. Bring the family and spend time making memories. We hope you enjoy our Villa as much as we do!

Great location!

The property was clean and communication was excellent. They were always quick to reply back. Location it's great, quick trip to either Sunset or Ocean Isle Beaches.

Great trip

We had a great time in the condo. It was very clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The check in was very easy. We enjoyed the beaches in the area. The pool was a nice bonus. Would stay again for sure

Very nice, quiet condo, well furnished and clean.

I have stayed in this condo vacationing to Sunset Beach area over many years. It has always been well maintained and clean. The owner has upgraded the furnishings recently and the changes are very nice. The condo overlooks a large pond. It is very quiet, especially at night.
