This is a great family home to rent for your vacation! Our house sleeps 22 guests. This is THE house for your family reunion.

Great beach house located in exclusive, Gulf Trace community adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park, surrounded by 800 acres of a dunes preserve with coastal lakes owned by the state of Florida and directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This private neighborhood is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation!

This home has a huge great room with vaulted ceilings - terrific for socializing and family gatherings. Kids will love the private, heated pool (15 x 24) with lots of decking, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Two large bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) on the upper level. Downstairs there are five bedrooms (each with a private bathroom). One of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Also in the downstairs gathering area, a flat screen tv for the kids to watch DVD's is available.

There is a Murphy queen bed in the great room for additional guests. This home has several decks and a very large screened porch with Gulf views. There are eight TV's in our home each with a DVD or VHS player.

  • We are seven couples and one single who travel together frequently. We had a blast at Magnolia Hill! The house added to the fun. The Great Room was just great, of course we ate there, but we played cards, played games, chatted, danced, just had a great time being together. The beach was outstanding, the pool was perfect. We are all talking about coming again in the fall. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

  • Thank you for a great vacation!! The house was great, very roomy and very close to the beach. Kids had a great time at the pool too!! Lots of game playing in the evening, very quiet neighborhood perfect for our family vacation. Would rent from these owners again!!! Seem like very nice folks.

  • Fabulous!!! Relaxing everything you would need to call home. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room to get away if needed. Loved the sun porch. Would highly recommend this home to everyone. Bring your bikes there are plenty of trails and a very bike friendy area. Enjoy!

  • We had a wonderful family fall vacation at Magnolia Hill. Spectacular views of the Gulf, a very comfortable home. There were 12 of us, including 6 children. Everyone had plenty of room. The children really enjoyed the heated pool and playing on the beach. We will be back!
