Each of the 3 bedrooms, within the main house are equipped with first class furnishings, bedding, full baths and TV's. The master comes with a large bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking spa and walk-in closet. The two guest rooms are equipped with 2 queen beds in one and a king in the other. The casita has its own living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, queen size bed and is situated next to the large inner courtyard. The courtyard has top of the line outdoor furniture to relax while you watch the stars at night and feel the warmth of the natural wood fireplace.

The Living room is large and extremely inviting with its overstuffed couches and chairs and comes with a large screen HDTV with DVD and DVR Cable. It, too, has a beautifully designed fireplace. Enjoy your dinner in the dining room or cozy up to the kitchen bar with seating for five.

The outside patio and salt water pool/spa is what really sets this home apart from anything else you will find in the area. It has one of the most gorgeous views which are accentuated by the way the pool is designed and laid out. Your view is breathtaking, overlooking the Nicklaus Tournament with lake and mountains as a backdrop. You can swim or sit in one of the many scrumptious lounge chairs that line the pool or stay in the comfort of the covered patio and just gaze off over the green fairway with lake and mountain views. The spa is large and extremely inviting.The home has a two car covered garage and full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

Close by is the Stadium Course club house with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
